Dr. Refahi obtained his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he remained at Tufts for an additional three years and received his Specialty Certificate in Periodontology and Implant surgery. Has kept strong ties with Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, as faculty and continues his work on research projects in the field of periodontics and Implant dentistry. Dr. Refahi has also received his Masters in Biomedical Science Policy and Advocacy from Georgetown University. His training in complex interdisciplinary cases has provided a solid foundation and understanding of the need for collaborative dentistry with restorative dentist for the best patient centered outcome.

Hello, Im Ann. Dentistry has been my passion since childhood. Immediately after high school, I began dental assisting and then decided to pursue becoming a dental hygienist. In 2008, I earned my Associates of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Virginia Western Community College. I have been working at Premier Dental Care since 2011 and I love it here! My ultimate goal is to educate patients on the importance of oral care and its connection to overall health while also building friendships. Premier Dental Care has kept me free from dental problems for about 10 years. Service is excellent, superb cleaning. Everyone at the office is polite and friendly. Appts have always started on time, (sometimes earlier when I've arrived early), so I've received thorough care -- efficiently. Highly recommended for everyone, even for those who dread going to the dentist.

I do not like they way how to tread me and I am very loyalty patient. I leave in Centerville and drive all the way to Herndon to come to their office. one day I had an appointment. and I was not be able to make it to the appointment because I had a corporate meeting also, I work in Maryland. and I was apologize to them for not show up to my appointment. they still charge me fee 50$. they are very materials. Also, I was asking to speak with Dr. no respond, no respect at all. and the manger of the front desk she is very rude. no customer service whatsoever. she needs to work as a officer corrections. please " I DO NOT recommend it to go there."

Always a great experience. The only doctor's office where I never have to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 mins. Friendly staff, clean offices, gentle hygienist, caring dentist.

Just had another great cleaning at Premier Dental Care! I saw Ana and Dr. B, had a thorough and educational treatment of my teeth where the issues they were seeing were explained and shown to me and I received some excellent and well delivered advice for ways to keep my oral hygiene strong in between appointments. The whole experience was enjoyable including front office interactions before and after. Great practice! I highly recommend them.

Its a small office. I went on a Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. and got in to the appointment right away so there was no wait. The dental assistant who assisted me was kind and gentle as she proceeded with a clean. The main dentist was quick and to the point as far as the checkup went.

Update: My teeth needed serious work. Dr. B made this very affordable and comfortable. A few days after I had three crowns, i needed an emergency root canal and extraction. I called the after hour number and by 6 am when he woke, Dr B responded. He even found me an amazing, and I mean amazing root canal specialist that met me at his office, on Easter Sunday, and arrived by cab from the airport. He came as soon as he landed from giving a speech at a seminar. Dr Hong was amazing. With no assistant, he was so fast and painless. This was a bit expensive, but worth every penny. Initially i was upset, and expressed that to Dr B. He was very sympathetic and wanted to sit and discuss it. He takes his patient care very seriously. After sleeping and no more pain i had to apologize for my reaction. Everyone I have dealt with in his network are the absolute top tier. I was also referred to Dr. Robinson for an emergency extraction. Again, this man was another master of his trade. I went in, got a shot, and woke to a kind voice asking if i had a good dream. No more pain. I sadly am bad with names, but the young lady that did my cleanings at Dr. Bs office was amazing also. If you want truly compassionate, and the absolute best in their profession, this is the path to take. I have neglected my oral hygiene for over 10 yrs. Ive been to alot of places that tortured me and took lots of my money. Ive felt horrible pain. As bad as my oral health had declined, they took great care of me, sent me to the right specialists, taken all the pain away, and in one week, one week im smiling again. Im showing my teeth in pictures! I look so great and feel so confident! Thank you all so much you are the masters of your trade, the elite. Im so sorry for fussing and having mistrust. You all have been so understanding, forgiving, and amazing. You actually changed my life in under a week! This was the most pleasant, enjoyable experience. I feared the dentist before and hadnt visited one in over 10yrs. I feel so great. Im excited to get the work done now. This was so so enjoyable. In my 41 years ive only had bad dental experiences. This changed everything.
