Stay clear of this place and there other locations (Terra Nova & Palomar) Yes they are friendly and it looks nice in the office but it s all a front. I've been going to them for about 18 months now despite minor issues and inconveniences but now i realize this place is ran by con artist. I've spent 4K just to have my teeth go back to how they were bc they can't get my retainer right. When I asked for a refund I was told I was SOL. The most unprofessional part of it all though was Steven who is apparently a manager. While arguing with me about not getting a refund he brings up that his niece has cancer. To pull out the cancer card on a work related matter instead of issuing a refund shows a lot about the character of the staff here. Your teeth are an investment please don't waste a second or penny here.

I would like to thank Premier Dental care. I had a few dental problems,Dr. Maroon and his staff were great in all I had two implants they went great and I would recommend Premier to anyone in need of dental any dental work needed. Thank you again. Robert B.

Premier Dental Care of Eastlake is the best dental clinic, by far, that we've ever had. Dr. Maroon, Dr. Ripa and the entire staff goes above and beyond in providing service. If you are looking for flawless dental work and outstanding customer support, this is the place.

Dr. Maroon messed my mouth up so bad I had to go to a specialist and have an emergency procedure done. This doctor did not believe I was in pain. Horrible experience. Don't let the scanner machine and Harvard dental fool you. This guys a professional crook.

Dr Maroon and most of his staff are great. I went there several times. The first bad experience I had was when the blond office manager tried to charge $150.00 for part of a procedure my daughter already paid for ahead of time. The young office guy showed her two times where it was paid on the computer screen. She finally understood and without apology or anything gave me my card back. Looking like her pride was hurt. Second time I was in the middle of a procedure that was also paid ahead of time and she came to the chair wanted to charge me $450.00 for a post that became necessary. Am I going to say no to a gaping hole I didn't have in my mouth before the procedure? 3rd time is the strike out. Because the insurance company doesn't want to pay for my tooth that was previously worked on in the last 5 years I'm at fault according to the office manager and I have to pay $500.00. I said you did x-rays of my mouth you knew or I hope you knew what you were looking at. I still have two implants that need to be done and other work but I won't be returning to this office because of shady uncaring tactics. My daughter and her husband won't return either. My daughter's mother won't return because she is having the same billing error I did where it's her fault according to the office manager about having work done on a tooth previously in 5 years. The office staff sees the problem and even reminded the office manager she could offer me an 150 dollar discount because of the problems.

I don't even know how to start this review... This office has absolutely shattered my fear to go to the dentist. Years ago, I root canal done at a different dental office. The root canal was very painful. So painful, it felt like I was in a "Saw" movie. I felt so much pain during the procedure and my crowns kept falling off after. That experience kept me from going to the dentist for years. Recently I started having toothache. The pain was so bad I finally went to the dentist. I tried another office in Eastlake first. I told them which teeth were bothering me. They too xrays on those two teeth alone and charged me $110 just for the X-rays. I thought the estimate they gave me was a little high so I told them I would check another office. I went to Premier Dental Care of Eastlake to get a second opinion. As soon as I entered the door, I felt comfortable. Cristina in the front desk greeted me, reviewed my estimate and right away said that they could give me a complimentary evaluation. They took X-rays of all my teeth at no cost. The doctor also gave me a game plan on what needed to be done and also a priority ranking based on urgency. They then quoted me me a lower rate and in addition to that, they offered me finance options. The medical assistant Marlen, did a fantastic job. She was very patient and had a nice touch. Top of the line technology they have too. No BS, I use to fear going to the dentist... I'm now looking forward to my next appointment. This is a great dentist office with an even better team. Solid all across the board.

Will not be returning, it was way better 10 years ago Now they are un professional, un organized and they will not ever return any of your call to answer your questions , my family and I been there for over a decade and I had great experience with dr maroon, his great even my kids grew up knowing him and love him even though we moved 60 miles away we still manage to come and stay with him because of dr maroon NOT so much of the staff , I really love the staff back then 11 years ago they were great awesome staff, but over they years lots have changed they always seem to have new staff every few months, Anyways it's sad to say because of his staff we will never return

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I called premier dental of eastlake on a Saturday morning after going to another dentist the day before and ending up in the ER. They told me to come in right away and I would be seen as soon as possible. I was literally in tears when I arrived and they were so nice to me and saw me right away. I ended up having a severe infection and was there for 5 hours getting work done. My dentist was so nice to me and took the time to explain everything and reassure me it would be ok. I had to be put on antibiotics which meant I couldn't breastfeed my son anymore, which made me very upset, and was so empathetic and even offered to work with me and my pediatrician to try to make a plan for being on/off meds so I could continue breastfeeding. He definitely went above and beyond to accommodate me. After I left, I had to drive to a cvs about 10 miles away to pick up the specific antibiotic. When I got there, they were so rude - they said the prescription wasn't called in or it was on their voicemail that they didn't check yet, and the pharmacist was about to go to lunch, so I'd have to wait a few hours. I called premier dental again and the woman at the front desk was so nice! They were technically closed and she stayed and called cvs with me on the line, spoke to the pharmacist, and made them get my prescription ready in an hour. I will definitely go back here and would recommend them to anyone!

I had the worst experience with this location. They make a lot of medical errors on my cosmetic dentistry and a lot of excuses and no accountability. I really liked the staff they had in 2019 but the quality in service and dental cate is clearly lacking in the past year. My family and I will definitely not be returning.

I was in CA on vacation and had a dental emergency, the staff at Premier Dental was incredibly helpful. Thank you Lauren for taking care of me! I highly recommend this dental office to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience, the staff was amazing as well as Dr's. My friends always compliment my teeth and because of my beautiful teeth I owe it to Premier Dental Care :))) !
