The first time I went, was for an infected wisdom tooth. The doctor was very great and gentle but the dental hygienist was kinda rough, especially when trying to use the device to get a partial X-Ray. I couldn't open my mouth very wide or bite down hard because of it and she just kept admonishing me to do so. I ended up with tears in my eyes and shaking in pain. The second time I went was because the infection had not fully gone away. Again, the doctor was great. The dental hygienist talked to me like I was stupid and tried to convince me the pain was just from the wisdom teeth themselves. Finally I went to get my wisdom teeth removed. Communication was poor before and after the appointment. They seemed frustrated that I was taking the time to read all the documents they wanted me to sign (this happens to me a lot though). I even had to call and remind them to call in my prescriptions. The sedation treatments did not take with me, which is unfortunate but nobody's fault. However this means I remember everything from the day of clearly. Poor communication even after the surgery. I have stitches in my mouth and have no idea what's up with them. I'm assuming they'll dissolve or fall out on their own but I don't know which. The sheet they gave me for after care is long and poorly formated. It was not even gone over with the person who was seeing after me. They gave me a stack of prescriptions but told me or my person nothing about them. Luckily I have a great pharmacist who went through everything with me. In the end, the front of house was amazing everytime. Very helpful and respectful. The doctor was also great. I was fine the next day from my surgery with almost no pain and very little swelling. But the other issues might keep me from going back. If you go here, it is important to be a strong self advocate (something I am moderate okay with). It is also important you check an interaction checker for medicines. Not a lot was said to me on that front and after some research I think it is the root of the prescribed pain meds not being very effective for me. (They had a full list of what I'm on).

I call this place "Red Center Dentistry" (Handmaid's Tale reference) because they won't TOUCH you if you are pregnant. You need an OB release for everything, including a cleaning with no x-rays. I went in today because my front tooth was in terrible pain, and they refused to even look at my tooth without a release from my OB. I was crying in pain but calmly explained to the office manager (who I requested to see) that the crown that they placed 5 years ago had been throbbing all night, but she said there was nothing she could do until they spoke to my OB. I am also scheduled for a cleaning next Tuesday (without an x-ray) but she also stated I couldn't keep that appointment without an OB release. I'm all for saving babies, but not treating gum health while pregnant could lead to a miscarriage. Luckily I found another dental office who can see me tomorrow. I had good experiences there up to this point, but won't be stepping foot into Red Center Dentistry again.

This place has no real dental expertise, they over charge for their work and expect you to keep coming back after their work wasnt done correctly. I went for a root canal and had to get a temporary crown and it fell out my mouth the same day. I went back the following Monday to get it replaced and that temporary crown came out without eating the same exact day. I just got a call from them saying since I had a bad experience with them that I should try another dentist. That's the best thing they told me , even though I was gonna go to another one with better knowledge anyway , don't let the clean environment inside the building fool you into thinking your at a great place for dental work. This is the Worst Dentist I've ever been to and I told them that!!!

I had my wisdom removed by Dr. Caroline Grand. She is one of the most patient, kind people Ive ever met in the medical profession. Her assistant and herself went as far as to wipe my tears during the procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to everyone at Premier Dental.

This Place Is A Scam! You Go In For One Thing And End Up Getting Something Completely Different.... Some of The Staff is Very Rude, and its Very Expensive. I've Had 3 Bad Experiences In A Row and I Wouldn't Recommend This Place To Anyone.

I am so upset, he convinced me to get 4 crowns in the front of my mouth and they came out uneven and he refused to fix it after charging me almost 4,000. Please do NOT make the same mistake I did I am so embarrassed every time I open my mouth and talk to people, one of the biggest mistakes I ever made

Big fan of Dr. Edwards & his staff. They have outstanding bedside manners. The lady that does the treatment plans is super nice. However, the lady that answers the phone Hannah is quite unaccomodating & act as if you're inconveniencing her when you call with concerns. Other than that I love the office & plan to continue as a patient.

DO NOT go here!! I spent a lot of money here and the work is not up to par!! I had to return numerous times to get fillings corrected, crown corrected etc. I have a filling that broke off twice! The first time was within a few months. Dr. Toi repaired it at no cost. Unfortunately this same filling has broke again. Today I lost part of another filling. I called to see what could be done. I was told it had been two years so they were not sure. I was transferred to the office manager who told me she could get me in to be evaluated and it would be at the dentist discretion if he would be willing to fix it at no cost. I get to the appointment and the dentist walks in and looks and tell me it would be the decision of the office manager. He then proceeds to talk to the assistant and tell her he would recommend a crown on the tooth. He never spoke to me about what was going on with the tooth and why he was recommending that instead of refilling it. I got up and left. Very rude of him. All he had to do is explain to me what was going on and I would have felt better in knowing that he wouldn't recommend another filling. I have dental insurance and was not looking for charity services!! I would have like him to fix his work if possible. If not, a simple explanation from the dentist to me would have been acceptable! Never going here again and never recommended them to anyone!!

Dr. Robert Edwards and his staff were first rate...5 stars. I went in because my tooth was hurting and he was very professional. He explained to me that I had to have a root canal and a temporary crown put in. I was not happy about it. You are in good hands with Premier Dental Care. I was overwhelmed but he and his staff reassured me and explained the whole process in a simple manner and I came out with a smile on my face because I was no longer in pain, experienced very little pain during the process and felt like I was a first rate customer. He was thorough and it was very apparent that he had done it 1000 times. It was a great experience.
