Since January 2007, ourSt. Louis based company has successfully completed thousands of cases in dental offices for patients of all ages. We have teams based in St. Louis, Columbia, Kansas City and Springfield covering multiple territories.

Premier Dental Anesthesiology works with dentists in their officeto provide safe sedation during the dental procedure. Each case is personally performedby a state licensed board certified anesthesiologist and aregistered nurse. Our sedation team brings tothe dental office the finest standard of anesthesia care, no less than that expected at major medical centers.

Patient care is important to us. Premier Dental Anesthesiology is the first dental program of our kind to have earned the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC)accreditation beginning in 2010.This award solidifies our companys dedication to promoting patient safety.

Dentists focus on their patients dental procedure, whether minor or extensive, while we handle the patients anesthetic care. Our anesthesiologists will not only administer medications, but they also make informed medical judgments during the procedure to protect and regulate your patient's critical life functions.

Can you give ZERO STARS? Horrible. They call every day for you to pay them. Then your insurance pays them and they still want to argue on why you haven't received your refund. I have proof that my Insurance funded them 30+ days ago. They don't return calls. Then they try to talk over you when you actually get someone. Nothing but excuses. They held $900 because they're greedy. Don't let them fool you. I will change my child's Dentist office to not have to use them ever again.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. A complete rip-off. My son needed anesthesia for a dental procedure. I was told I had to pay for the anesthesia in full prior to the procedure. Which they quoted me 1,100 dollars before I ever gave them any insurance information. They stated I had I to pay that in full bc sometimes they have issues with insurance companies paying. I was very lost about what I was going to do bc I also had to pay for his dental procedure of $400 which was after dental insurance as well, and of course covid. So I made several phone calls between the 2 places over a course of 5 months I talked to premier several times and was quoted 1,100 every time BEFORE I ever gave them my insurance information. The dentist office suggested I get care credit a credit card for medical purposes. Which I did and was then able to pay for the procedure. I had talked to people at premier and we discussed the payment of $1,100 for at least 2.5 hours of anesthesia... and working for the insurance company I was able to pull the contract and seen it was 50% of billed charges so I confirmed with the lady at premier that I would receive that $550 refund after the bill was submitted she assured me yes. Not once mentioning any other charges STILL BEFORE GIVING ANY INSURANCE NUMBERS OR CARDS. I just let her know I worked with the insurance company, so I used the CareCredit to pay for services.... NOW LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER THE PROCEDURE I SEE A CLAIM FOR $3,000 SUBMITTED TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY. So frustrated and fearful of that amount I call to talk to billing I get someone named Terri and she could hear the frustration in my voice WHICH ANYONE WOULD BE FRUSTRATED BEING TOLD ONE PRICE BEFORE PROCEDURE AND THEN BEING CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE. She instead of having compassion and empathy for me she got a very Condescending tone and kept REPEATING that's prepayment that's prepayment, and then she brings up me being frustrated and I needed to watch how I spoke to her..... I told her yes I am frustrated however I'm not cussing at you, yelling at you or calling you out your name I'm just frustrated like anyone else would be, hoping that she actually cared about me and the situation but no she instead said well you need to watch your tone and be nice to me or I'll just hang up on you. So I asked to speak to a manager she well he's not hear today so your just gonna have to be nice to me for me to help you,,, no thanks I'll wait to talk to him before I could finish my sentence she had already hung up on me. You know I work for the insurance companies and if I EVER SPOKE TO A PROVIDER THAT WAY I WOULD BE FIRED BEFORE MY SHIFT WAS OVER. Do I want her fired NO BC I'm sure she has a family to feed just as I do. But I didn't cuss at her call her at her name or even yell at her I was and still am frustrated and as a PAYING CUSTOMER I DONT HAVE TO WATCH MY TONE! I will be moving forward with a letter to the CEO as well as a grievance and as far as I have to take this. BC this is complete fraud trying to get more money out of me and my insurance company and extremely horrible customer service.

Called prior to my nephews oral surgery to let me know what to expect then the day of we had nurse Ashely that was absolutely amazing to my nephew. And today the day after they called to check on him. Gotta do this all over again friday but this time it's my niece having surgery. Premier has been very professional and super caring 4 my kiddos.

Made my daughter go the whole morning without food or water so they could decide at 1pm that they were done. She was the last patient but they did not care. They literally refused to work anymore. Who does that????? I'm sure it is not how this company wants to be represented. I am so very angry. I took her out of school for this and messed up my child's routine so that this companies employees could act like children.
