Dr. Mori Rouhani understands the importance of having a healthy, confident smile, and has been helping patients achieve just that for over 20 years. In 1991, she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Southern California. While working as a Dental Hygienist, her passion for providing superior, pain-free dental care grew. In 1996, she earned her doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California, where she graduated top of her class. For the next 15 years she hired and trained dentists for one of Californias largest dental corporations, SmileCare. For the past 10 years running, her superior care has earned her the Circle of Excellence award, an honor bestowed annually to the top 5 doctors from a professional pool of more than 200 dentists.

In 2010, Dr. Rouhani became Co-Owner of Golden Triangle Dental in Santa Clarita, California, where she manages a staff of 18 dentists. Additionally, in 2012 she also became Co-Owner of multi-specialty practice, Premier Care Dental Group in Pasadena, California.

It is Dr. Rouhanis personal and professional philosophy that quality dentistry should be provided to each and every patient in a clean, safe, and stress-free environment. Several decades ago, Dr. Liliana Khabbaz pursued a career in dentistry with a deep love of people and family. It has been her patients recurring, unique smiles that have continued to keep her love of the field alive.

In 1989, she graduated from the University of Damascus. In 1996, she attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry where she finished with a doctorate in Dental Surgery. From there, she began her work as a Dental General Practitioner, her leadership skills and passion quickly elevating her to Managing Dentist of a staff of twelve doctors.

Later, she continued work as Managing Dentist at Smile Care Dentist in Northridge, California where she was awarded the Circle of Excellence for five years in a row, and soon went on to co-own and manage Golden Triangle Dental in Santa Clarita, California.

In 2012, Dr. Khabbaz also became co-owner of the Pasadena-based multi-specialty practice, Premier Care Dental Group. As a result of her devoted insights and genuine love for the patients, she has made a major impact on each and every practice she has been a part of.

Currently, Dr. Khabbaz splits her time between her practices at Premier Care Dental Group, and her husband and two children. It has always been her philosophy to treat each patient as if they were a part of her family, always making their health and smiles her greatest priority.

This place is a scam. My regular dentist was closed for the day but my crown had come off. I went in for them to just put my crown back on and they forced me to do a new patient exam when I didn't need one. They did my x rays after waiting almost an hour. Then I waited 30 more minutes until the dentist came in to see me which she said she didn't even know I was there. I immediately told her I just needed a crown put back on until I could go to my regular dentist. She didn't even look in my mouth and started making claims that I needed all this work before she could put my crown back on... claiming an infection and cavities based on the two X-rays they took. She refused to put it on because she didn't want to be "liable". And yet she was 100% okay prescribing me a million treatments without having looked in my mouth. Never come here. This place is exactly what dental horror stories are made of. The next day I went to my regular dentist when they were open. He took one X-ray, looked in my mouth, and asked me if I was experiencing any pain or anything to which I said no. He reassured me I did not have a cavity nor an infection and was able to simply put my crown back on.

My elderly mother was charged 35,000 and had to mortgage her house and they messed up her mouth and was then told she needed to come up with 20,000 more .

Last year I went to Premier care dental and they have let me with a nightmare that I think I will never be able to wake up from, they did A bone raft in the top side of the mouth And completely destroyed the gums and now they can't do anything at all and they charge me $35,000 And they told me that they probably be able to do something but I have to pay $20,000 more to reconstruct the Teeth and gums, they have let me without money no gums no teeth and not be able to eat hard food either..... they did really a number on me.....

I took my elderly parent here for dental services and I will never bring her back NOR will I recommend this dental office to anyone. If elderly patients are not given proper follow up on recommended services, etc. I would not come here for myself or anyone else in my family. There is poor follow up on recommended services. Your calls are not responded to in a timely manner. This was unacceptable. If you do decide to have Premier Care Dental Group conduct dental services for you, take notes, obtain names and telephone numbers of those spoken to and you need to personally follow up to ensure you receive the services recommended for you. You need to be diligent in doing so. I consider myself a person that is an advocate for myself and other family members to ensure services recommended are provided but I lose confidence if I have to do this constantly. Best of luck to anyone who decides to have Premier Care Dental Group conduct dental services for you or your family.

Terrible customer service. I already asked them a week prior at the phone if they are in network with my insurance and if they could verify coverage. They told me they would and that they would call me back before appointment to confirm but nobody calls me so I go to the appointment anyways thinking they will check there. Once there they kept saying my insurance was terminated, while is totally active. The attitude of the receptionist is kind of rude, she treats me like I am lying, like this is my problem and I am wasting their time instead of being on the customer side. My appointment is at 9am and I spend 1h to discuss this isdje. I call my insurance right there and they confirm coverage with me. I had to leave and just wasted a huge amount of time!

I was Primer Dental for over 5 years They don't tree root canal I just wen other Dentists they told me Premier dental has broke too cavati after So I have to extract tooth I don't recommend primier dental Find other dentists Save you teeth They take your money first so you can't go They don't refund I no one should go this premier

AVOID. This place is a total billing scam. Overcharged us and will not submit the claim to insurance. They will not refund you for overcharges. They don't call back or answer emails. This has been going on for months.

I have been attending this office since 2015, I've had my wisdom teeth removed here, got my braces here as well and all my check ups. . . The last time I visited they were over booked. I have no idea if they haven't hired enough doctors or what but it was ridiculous how long I had to wait after my cleaning to get the doctor to see me. While on the other hand they tended to my sister with no problem, she had her teeth cleaned, checked by the doctor and was given the varnish afterwards. They told me the doctor would see me in a little while, little while turned to an hour. So I asked to leave and they scheduled me to see the doctor another day. This was after they had me wait in the main waiting room since the 2nd waiting room, behind their office was already packed. They then retrieved me and had me wait in a dental chair letting me know that the doctor would be in soon, soon was not soon. I have never been disappointed until then. 9:30am was my appointment, I was done with my cleaning by 10:26am, it was 11:38am when I finally decided that was enough waiting. It was a Friday, I didn't expect it to be so packed for a Friday.

This is an update to my original post. Dentists and dental staff are great BUT billing department is HORRIBLE. Beware of scams within their billing department. Ghiana will pressure you to sign whatever she wants. Make sure you get copies of everything in advance because she inflates your bill and pre-bills your credit card based on what she thinks it's OK to bill for your services. I have copies of my billing and I was offered the services for one fee and then it was inflated to match a pre-build amount she did with care credit. Know before you go Know before u go. Most staff is nice but if you are even running a little late they call to complain. But yet they make you wait and don't respect your time. Receptionist needs to learn to multitask. Financial dept is BAD. They have some staff that are rude and condescending and one who is nice and seems to actually care. Overall dental service is good but customer service sucks March 4 2022 MAKE SURE YOU STAY AWAY FROM GHAIANA ......she will edit your bill. Over charge. Charge your credit card without authorization. YES I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING because I always ask for copies of everything . She tries to give you the wrong copies so make sure you get the copies of everything for proposed treatment and treatment . I spoke to the supervisor and he agreed that what she did was unacceptable

While I appreciate everyone else's opinion based on their own experience, however, for me, I really like this dentist office. Most everything can be done in-house, which is a plus. I haad, and still need a lot of dental work and yes it is expensive. However, the care from all members of the team their has been exceptional. Dr. Farid is an excellent oral surgeon. I have onlt worked with Diana as a treatment specialist. Yes, it does seem they want your money, but until the United States has universal health, what do you expect, it is a business. The doctors and staff have had to had extensive schooling and training. The services they provide are not cheap, yet I believe you pay for what you get. And for me, it is worth it. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone that might ask. If you expect to get top-notch treatment for pennies on the dollar, maybe rethink your expectations.

They are extremely unorganized. The actual dentists are fine, but the front desk doesn't know how to keep information straight, such as appointment times or payment information. My most recent appointment caused me to change my review from 3 stars to 1. After arriving, the receptionist moved my appointment time back an hour without telling me. If i hadn't gotten up to ask, after waiting 40 minutes, they would have continued to not say anything. I will not be back and I would avoid this place.

Love them! Just went for three appointments, the group is professional, fast, and well-organized as well as friendly. My visits were thorough but also as quick as possible. A billing associate talked me through my bill and exactly what went to insurance and what I was responsible for before we even sat down to do any services. Definitely coming back here later this year for wisdom teeth removals that I'm not looking forward to but I know they'll do a great job.

I was deceived by Gaiane their main "Treatment Specialist," like it's happened with other's HERE! She made me believe I was getting a big discount for the Treatment Plan I NEEDED 4 Periodontal Disease. AND she offered to INCLUDE a Deep Cleaning WHICH was NEEDED B4 having Osseous Surgery. She was trying to GET me to take out a loan for $6000 & at that time Dr. Khabbaz walks into her office, stating she wanted me to get SOME Stay Plates ( Interim Partials) TOO! AFTER she left I said I'd do IT, IF they included them too. She offered the Deep Cleaning at first, cuz I insisted I was going to hold off 4 a while, UNTIL I got SOME $$ I was expecting! THAT plus ALL the $$$ she was saving ME where her bait to GET me interested AGAIN. She said she'd have to GET IT approved by THAT Dr. cuz she was the owner! That she wasn't SURE she'd do IT, SO she got UP to go ask. WHEN she came back she said the owner liked me & wanted to HELP me OUT & she'd agreed! THAT she wanted to help me GET my teeth fixed & THESE were her exact words as WITH the Deep Cleaning. SO I signed UP ONLY under conditions THAT they'd INCLUDE the Deep Cleaning & Stay Plates. BUT later she added the Deep Cleaning & Stay Plates on the Statement! I actually GOT charged 4 THESE, unlike WHAT the spoken agreement had BEEN. Gaiane was SO deceiving THAT I didn't check the Statement till IT was TOO late! Once she GOT her DEAL with ME I noticed HOW she wasn't SO nice AFTER. SO IT seems IT'S true WHAT other's write HERE ABOUT them, JUST being interested in a Profit! Dr. Khabbaz seemed ALRIGHT AT 1st THOUGH. BUT when I brought UP HOW I had BEEN tricked by Gaiane she wouldn't acknowledge IT. I spent 6 + months giving IT the benefit of the doubt to NO avail! EVEN though she MADE me believe she cared ABOUT my dental health WHEN she SAID I could HAVE my Perio Maintenance DONE THERE. I WAS supposed to have started IT in February OF THIS year BUT INSTEAD she jeopardized my dental health OVER dishonesty. I asked to be credited 4 the Deep Cleaning & Stay Plates which was $1200. THEIR Controller Andres is in ON IT TOO, which U figure he'd be, once U meet him! WHEN I brought IT UP to her, SINCE she'd have LAST say, she pretended she didn't deal WITH $$$ part at ALL. Gets worse THOUGH! Gaiane started acting peculiar WHEN I brought ALL THIS UP, as IF I was in the WRONG & didn't appreciate, ALL she'd DONE 4 ME. WHEN ALL 3 of us met in her office to GET clarity she denied EVER offering a Deep Cleaning WITH the Treatment Plan! AND the owner acted like she didn't remember TOO well, ABOUT the Stay Plates. Gaiane threatened she was going to write SOMETHING on my file SO I wouldn't be a patient THERE ANYMORE! She ended UP doing JUST THAT too. WHAT I don't appreciate ABOUT Dr. Khabbaz THOUGH, is how she compromised Dr./Patient Relationship OVER a Wrong! EVEN when I pleaded her to DO RIGHT thing, AFTER Gaiane arranged ME not being SEEN THERE anymore, for AROUND 6 months, UNTIL I was officially removed 4 "failure to communicate right" earlier THIS year. Claimed IT was "Out Of Her Hands" & NEEDED to look AFTER her staff. ANYWAY when the owner wouldn't SEE to ME being credited for $1200 I EVEN went down to NOT include the Deep Cleaning, WHICH THAT Gaiane was denying NOW! I figured she should AT least honor $700 for the Stay Plates WHICH she wouldn't EITHER. Claimed she couldn't, LIKE it was out of her hands OR something. SO I ended UP forgiving her 4 IT BUT LAST straw was WHEN she wouldn't LET me back in AFTER Gaiane had ME withdrawn FROM THERE! AFTER we had THE meeting & I tried MAKING peace with Gaiane she was bitter LIKE she was in the WRONG & wouldn't admit IT. She had suggested to the Dr. THAT I'd be banned BUT the owner wouldn't HAVE IT yet! After THAT she resented OUR patient/Dr. relationship IT seemed, cuz she wouldn't say Hi WHEN I was THERE. Wouldn't EVEN look AT me like she was guilty! BUT after I found OUT I wasn't getting Treatment NEEDED, THAT I made owner aware OF she DIDN'T intervene as she SHOULD OF! INSTEAD she gave in to the whims of crazy Gaiane WHICH I believe isn't Ethical.

the place is not recommend as my 2 years experience. not professional, not well communicated and many more..... suffered enough from the treatment..... baaaaad prognosis. I paid all out pockets years ago. After 2 years I get a bill of 600$ from primer. I checked with insurence the total out of pocket was 1100 for 3 different treatments. I paid 2300$ to Priemier dental care all total. They add unnecessary money. I changed this provider. The out of pocket become less with sane insurance. I had appointment for my son at 8 am and the day before at 5pm they call and say appointment shifted to 8:15am and as soon I arrive the facility they say they have an emergency and shift the appointment to 9am. The kids school and the parent work was affected due to same and the receptionist started shouting at the parent when the orginal schedule was at 8 am printed on a paper and given by them. I always arrived 10 minitues before the appointment but the doctor never saw the patient until another 45 minitues! And later they came and said wait another 45 minitues....Unbelievable services and providers. No value for people time or services.

This place is a SCAM! Don't go here. The service is terrible, the actual dentists for the most part are pretty condescending when speaking about your teeth/care. Ghaiane in billing has made is next to impossible for me to get ANY insurance approval for emergency care and instead would prefer to be a cash cow and cause me to run up my credit card rather than PROVIDING PROPER DOCUMENTATION TO MY INSURANCE TO GET MY NECESSARY CARE. Then gives me the run around. I have been dealing with trying to get emergency root canals and they prevented me from getting that covered by insurance. THEY DID NOT EVEN CLEAN MY TEETH BEFORE I WENT IN FOR THE ROOT CANALS AND NOW HAVE SEVERE PAIN THAG HAS BEEN UNTREATED for months that I have been calling and begging insurance to let it get taken care of and insurance told me its up to the dentist to provide documentation supporting my case. Clearly they did nothing of the sort and are just waiting for me to be in so much pain and go more into debt for the treatment I am already covered by insurance for. This place is horrible and Their communication is atrocious. They never call back or email the paperwork they say they are going to. Calling a medical lawyer to see the next moves but this place should not be in business

This place has the most disrespectful staff I've ever been to.. Today, in was told im complaining because she did want to break down the information to me.. They are nasty and rude, now, I will say, the Drs. Are good, but you have to get past the rude people.. This is not the first time I've been talked down to by the staff. I've asked to talk to a supervisor and she was disrespectful too... Not a "I'm sorry you feel this way" how may I help you... I will not be going back...

Worst dental office I've ever been too. They only care about how much money they can charge than how to care for your teeth. The dentist told me my son need two fill-ins but then they charge me for two crowns. Don't understand why you need to pay for the treatments before in order to schedule the appointments for them.
