Everyone was on time, friendly and professional. After my cleaning my teeth felt clean and my gums did not hurt. The work that needs to be done was explained through pictures as well as words. I appreciate their great work.

Such a great environment the staff is really listens to what you have to say and your concerns. I got my first tooth pulled there and I could not have been more comfortable. I went in there nervous and once I started talking to the dentist I was put at ease and it all went really well.

The Hygenist Megan was very nice and she's very gentle on my teeth. Dr Anna was also very nice.

I've been afraid of the dentist since I was a kid. I'm talking anxiety attack, crying in the chair, looking for the exit afraid. My recent experience at PDP in Horicon, however, has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Let me tell you why... 1) Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. All the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and make everything a breeze. 2) Everyone makes you feel comfortable. I never once felt shame for not getting into the dentist sooner since I'm a big chicken (correction-FORMER chicken, not anymore) and they walked me through all of my options and gave me space to think. I never felt rushed to make a decision and when I did, they walked me through everything that would happen. 3) They are so gentle! This made it so easy to relax and let them do a fabulous job, which they did! Basically, it's the best dental office around. I promise you will not be disappointed

My husband and I are very happy with how Dr Minnema and staff go out of their way to make us comfortable, ease our concerns, answer our questions, and give us amazing results. When I had a difficult procedure, Dr. Minnema herself, even called me at home the next day just to check in. I have referred friends and family to Preferred Dental Partners and will continue to do so.

Dr. Borja=0 starts Dr. Minnema=5 stars After a very painful canine tooth extraction I was fine with the anti-inflammatory they prescribed. The next morning I woke up at 5 a.m. in severe pain. after calling them and making a follow-up appointment at 1 p.m. I was told that that is all they were going to do for me. I am still in a lot of pain. They made me feel like a pill chaser. I even asked them to call my primary doctor to check on that.I was going to get dentures as my teeth are not in the best shape but I will not be going with preferred dental. (Update) Day four post extraction. Mouth is still in pain. Not crippling pain like the first three days but it comes and goes in waves due to the copious amounts of Tylenol I am taking to ease the pain. The review above is the experience I have had with Dr. Borja. I had listed this at one star due to the experience I have had with him. Now, after going back on the 4th day and seeing Dr. Minnema, I have raised it to 3 stars. I would put 5 from visiting her but my experience with Dr. Borja was that bad.
