Dr. Masabni has earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the American University of Beirut and his Bachelor of Oral & Dental Surgery Degree with high distinction for ranking top one,from BAU Faculty of Dentistry, where the Lebanese Prime Minister recognized him with Gamal Abdel Nasser Award for Academic Distinction.
During his dental studies, Dr. Masabni developed a strong interest in periodontal medicine and then relocated to Detroit, Michigan in pursuance of his acceptance into the University of Detroit, where he served as chief resident. He completed three additional years of specialty training in Periodontology, Implantology & IV sedation, where he received a Certificate in Periodontics & Dental Implant Surgery and a Master of Science from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital.
Dr. Masabni received numerous honors and awards including the Zahi Khalaf Merit Award for Academic Excellence from the International College of Dentists and the Best Interdisciplinary/Complex Clinical Case Award from the Michigan Periodontal Association. Dr. Masabni was offered membership in the prestigious International Jesuit Honor Society Alpha Sigma NU for ranking in the top 15% of the class during his specialty training.
In addition to dentistry, he was also passionate about playing the violin where he spent long hours of practice in the conservatory of music and was rewarded with a diploma of musical excellence twelve years after he picked up his first violin. Dr. Masabni performed with several national symphony orchestras, wining numerous awards.
Dr. Masabni is devoted to teaching and is currently an Affiliate Professor at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, encouraging the next generation of dentists to have the same passion for periodontology and dedication to serving patients.
Maya received her hygiene degree from Kalamazoo Valley College and has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Central Michigan University. She loves baking, reading, singing karaoke, and spending time with her family - including her two cats. Maya's favorite part of being a hygienist is helping people learn to love oral hygiene.
Ryan graduated from Baker College in 2016 with an associate degree in dental hygiene. Ryan continued his education at Siena Heights University & earned his bachelors degree in applied sciences in 2017. Ryan has been a hygienist for over 4 years & is enthusiastic about educating patients on the importance of dental health. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family & friends. Ryan also enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, & going to Red Wings games.
MaryBeth graduated from Oakland Community college in 2008. She has been in the dental field for 25 years. She started out as a dental assistant in general, endodontics, & cosmetic dentistry & has been a dental hygienist for 10 years. In her spare time, she enjoys camping up north & spending time with family & friends. Her favorite time is with her son.
Andrea graduated from Wayne Community College in 2010 and practiced in Detroit for 6 years. Then found a practice closer to home in Canton. She has over 12 years of dental hygiene experience.Andrea is a season ticket holder for the Detroit Lions and loves traveling, especially camping and cruises, and trying out new restaurants. At home, Andrea spends time baking and just spending time with her husband, 3 dogs, and cat.
Amanda has been in the dental field for over 17 years, including over five as a hygienist. Amanda graduated from Wayne County Community College. She enjoys doing anything active and being outside.Her friends and family are alsovery importantto Amanda, and she loves spending time with them.
Anne earned her bachelors in dental hygiene from Ferris State University.She has a history as a dental hygieneassistingin general dentistry and periodontist offices. Anne lives with her family and enjoys playing video games, shopping, and listening to K-pop.She has 2 rabbits, Pepper a satin rabbit, and Luna a Holland lop rabbit.
Mari graduated with an RN Degree from the Ana Aslan College of Nursing in Timisoara -Romania in 1994 & graduated with her Dental Assistant Degree in 1999 in the United States. She has been in the dental field for over 22 years. Mari loves cosmetic dentistry and is experienced in Orthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics and Implants, CAD CAM, as well as full mouth reconstruction cases. In her free time Mari enjoys spending time with her daughter doing outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, biking, running, golfing, and walking her dog Tucker.
Valerie has been a dental assistant in the greater Detroit area for over 20 years. She has experience assisting in general dentistry, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics & cosmetic dentistry. In her spare time, Valerie likes to travel, go to concerts & visit family/friends. Valerie loves animals & especially enjoys playing with her cat DIOR.
Jasmin Dragoi had been in the dental field for 5 years. She has experience in the CAD/CAM dental laboratory field, designing crowns and bridges, as well as fabricating all kinds of dental appliances, from mouthguards (for the Detroit Lions football players) to dental retainers and night guards.
Kaylee is currently enrolled at Oakland Community College working towards applying to the dental hygiene program. Kaylee loves trying new recipes from her Pinterest boards, hiking, exercising, and spending time with her dog, Tyson, and two guinea pigs, Scout and Scooter.She is also planning a wedding with her fianc, Josh.
Cynthia had join our Group with 21 years experience in the dental field and had been a general and pediatric dentistry assistant, a dental assistant supervisor, a mobile team manager and a clinic manager.
Ada is new to the dental field and has a background inlogistics. She loves sports, especially basketball, and enjoys golfing, fishing, and working out. Her favorite things to do include spending time with family and being outdoors.
Cathy attended Detroit Public Schools and later, Henry Ford Community College. She has really enjoyed her tenure with Dr. Regula & the Preferred Dental Group for the last 29 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, reading, cooking & canoeing.
Ruth has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting & over 10 years of accounting experience. Her favorite pastimes are going to the park & reading. Ruth is a big animal lover & enjoys spending time with her family.

Almost 3 years into the pandemic they are still requiring masks and are very rude if you don't want to wear one even though you take it off immediately when you walk back. If you want to go to a dentist that lives in the world of reality go somewhere else.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Preferred Dental Group. The staff is very nice and accommodating. My dentist, Dr. Patsarikas, always takes care of me and addresses my dental concerns. He has done root canals, crowns, fixed my chip teeth, you name it! I 110% trust his work and his advice completely! All of Dr. Patsarikas's work has been outstanding. Highly recommend!!

I don't think I've seen the same dentist more than twice in the last 5 years because they are unable to retain staff. The most recent dentist said she would have my prescription submitted by the following day, when I went to pick it up multiple days later there was nothing ever called in. When my husband tried Smile Direct Club and they messed up his bite (very painful), confirmed by a dentist at this location, she refused to put in writing that his bite was not aligned. Why would you ever tell a patient something you're unwilling to put into writing? He was going to get Invisalign through preferred but due to the nonsense they put us through and costing us hundreds because of it they have lost our family as loyal customers. The cherry on top is they now refuse to send our files to our new office. The hygienist have always been so pleasant, I'm sorry to leave them due to their terrible Dentists overseeing the place.

Preferred Dental specifically Dr Siegal is the best! This office is honest and cares about you, and your dental needs. They explain all procedures with details and your never left uninformed! Prices are explained and btw affordable!! No hidden fees. I am extremely teeth sensitive and they take time and exta care towards all my treatments. I am very happy to belong to this office. I must mention my hygienist is remarkable too! Love this offices teamwork. Outstanding!!!

UPDATE March 2022: Changing to 3 stars. I have told the staff at the office multiple times that I will call them to schedule my cleaning. I have blocked at least 3 different phone numbers that KEEP calling me to remind me I'm due. Ive also received multiple, and I mean multiple, texts from different numbers reminding me. I do not appreciate this constant annoyance. I love the staff, but the legit CONSTANT pretty much harassment to get me in for my dental cleaning is not welcome. I dont want to schedule an appointment that I cant commit to. I hate to change my review but since they won't leave me alone, maybe a lower review will get them to stop. Let's talk about how amazing this dental office is. When I first came here, it was 2 years ago for an emergency route canal. I had such severe pain. They where able to get me in quick and help me. Whenever I need an appointment, the availability is flexible and if something doesn't work out, they add me to a cancellation list (which 9 times out of 10, I get the call saying "Come on in!"). I decided to purchase Invisalign through them as well. Everything was explained upon purchase, and while there was a bit of pressure from the staff to get me to purchase, I completely understood why. My bottom teeth where so crooked I couldn't clean them properly, and it was causing some health concerns. Every appointment I need for Invisalign is painless to make, and the appointment itself takes less than 5 minutes! The staff are super sweet, and I feel like I'm part of the Preferred Dental Group Family. Been recommending this office sense day one, and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon. Thank you for being amazing!!

Dr. Heys and the staff are excellent. How many people can say they enjoy going to the dentist? Preferred Dental makes it so. They are friendly and take the time to explain everything. Further I have found out that my previous dentist was not as good as I assumed. They are working to correct needed issues. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Always a positive experience. A nice office and pleasant reception staff. Dr. Saigal, Chavonne and Mary Beth are the best! As a lifelong dentophobe, it's never been easy but this team makes it beyond tolerable for me. I have had crowns replaced and new ones made. I now have a beautiful, healthy smile. Thanks everyone.

Going to the dentist is not on most people's favorite list of things to do. Preferred Dental is a very good practice. Great dental staff, hygienists, and front desk personnel. Far superior to other practices I have dealt with in the past.

Dr Heys in my opinion was very considerate of me as he proceeded to work on my implant. He is a Master at a minimal pain shot and is always asking if I'm doing OK. His assistant Amber was equally experienced and considerate to my needs. Outstanding experience! Mike Q.
