The most warm welcoming professional friendly warm doctors and staff that I have ever encountered. They truly have given me my life back and I am forever grateful. I can't give them enough praise. All I can say is put your trust in their hands and you will not be disappointed. Totally Awesome

From the moment you walk in the door and until you leave the facility the staff at Preferred Dental make you feel welcomed and care for. I went in for the first time after not seeking dental care for 6 years and they treated me so well. From the first appointment: walking me through my treatment plan and costs, all the way to leaving after my last appointment: walking me through after care and next step, I have never felt so comforted and taken care of! Not to mention the facility is very clean and updated!!!

My experience at Preferred Dental was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, to the time that I left, everything was great. My hygienist, Anush, was super gentle and patient, answering all of my questions and always making sure that I was comfortable and aware of what she was doing. Dr. Wu could not have been more friendly and professional, giving me a real sense of confidence in her expertise. And finally, Aimee was so considerate and broke down my treatment plan for me in a way that was manageable and easy to understand. Overall, the office was clean and modern, and I just felt really well cared for and even looking forward to my next visit. Thanks so much!

My family I have been apart of the Preferred Dental family now for just a little over a year now. The staff is truly amazing. It's very few far and in between that you meet staff that are really down to earth but always remain professional. They listen to all of your concerns and give you the best options. We all know that life happens,but if you just talk to them you never what opportunities are there. A huge thank you to all of the staff and doctors that are apart of the Preferred Dental staff. We look forward to many more years together...thanks for all you do!!!!

They found a way to get me in the next morning for an emergent situation and Dr Wu was great at explaining her assessment and the treatment process. The staff was very friendly and helped set up a seamless referral to a specialist. Very happy so far.

I have been going to Preferred Dental for several months already and I do not think I can ever go to any other dental office! Dr. O and Dr. G are trully talented, skilled, and experienced professionals, amazing and caring people. My teeth have never looked better!!! Recommend them unreservedly!

I had a great experience at Preferred Dental for my exam and cleaning! It's a very inviting office and all of the staff are very professional and friendly. The hygienist, Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and the only hygienist I've ever had who doesn't leave my gums sore after a cleaning! The dental assistant, Shannon was very kind and quick taking my Invisalign scans and Dr. O was very thorough and clear during my exam! Would highly recommend this practice!

Worst dental office. Horrible customer service and just mean spirited people all around. The younger dentist shouldn't be a dentist with how she treats people and the rest of the staff is clueless and clearly are there just to get a check with no regards on customer safety or customer service. Of course they will say there is no record of me coming in just to cover themselves up. Don't waste your time or money supporting this office or chain period as they all are just money hungry and have no regard for anything else.

It is always a pleasure coming here. Dr. O is amazing. Nicole happily greeted me and thanked me for coming earlier and my appointment started promptly. Rashane is always friendly, she asks about how I'm doing, and keeps me calm because talks me through what she's doing and makes sure I'm not in any discomfort. Aimee is very polite as well and quickly gave me a dr note for work. Thank you all for making my dentist experience a great one.
