Dr. Shai Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Howard University in 2004 and went on to receive specialty training in advanced education in general dentistry in Boston, MA. He worked for four years at a large dental practice full of various specialists, where he gained specialty knowledge before opening his own practice in 2009 and later opening a brand new office, Precision Smiles, in the summer of 2016. Dr. Patel is committed to continuing education and investing in advanced technology to provide a high- quality experience for you.

Outside the office, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Sheree, have 2 beautiful children, Alaina and Kellan. He enjoys traveling, water activities, camping & spending time outdoors. His favorite pastime is cheering on the Chicago Bears!
Dr. Joshua Cooper is a general dentist that serves the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with his primary emphasis for practice on oral surgery procedures. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in 2000, with a major in biology. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, he then attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2004. Dr. Cooper has taken many continuing education courses with concentration in oral surgery, including surgical extractions as well as complete bony impacted wisdom teeth removal. He has also been serving as an Army Reserve Dental Corp. Officer since 2010. Dr. Cooper values conservative surgical intervention and patient participation in their treatment planning. With his calm and gentle demeanor, he'll put you at ease.
In his spare time, his favorite thing to do is spend quality time with his two children, Alex and Piper. He also enjoys activities, like golfing, working out, and supporting his favorite teams: The Dallas Cowboys and The Texas Rangers!
As a Dallas native, Dr. Moore received his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College Of Dentistry. He then continued his training with an additional year in general practice residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. During his residency, he received advanced training in dental and implant surgery, as well as sedation procedures.
Since Dr. Moore's return to Dallas, he has focused much of his attention on expanding the scope of procedures offered to patients in the general dental practice. His practice enables patients to receive safe and caring surgical treatment, with predictable surgical techniques, in a comfortable and familiar setting.
Dr. David J. Dyer was raised in what was once a rural Southlake, Texas. He graduated from Carroll High School and then attended Baylor University where he earned his Bachelors degree in Economics with a pre-dental focus. It was at Baylor that he met and dated his now wife, Kate Dyer. They were married shortly after graduation and moved to San Antonio.
As a board-certified orthodontist with the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Dyer has much experience in the treatment of complex surgical orthodontic cases for adults, as well as early interceptive orthodontic therapy, and traditional comprehensive orthodontic treatment of teenagers.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The office is clean. They got me in quickly and was able to do same day fillings because I was moving out of state that day. The dentist was very thorough and answered all my concerns. Highly recommend this office!

Excellent service all around. The staff, including the front desk and the technicians are courteous, prompt, efficient, and very professional. They are a joy to work with. Dr. Shai Patel is "HANDS DOWN" the best dentist that I've ever visited in my 67 years of existence. He is the consummate embodiment of knowledge, skills, and ability. I highly recommend his dental practice to any and everyone. The only knock on the Dr. is that he is a Chicago Bear fan instead of a Detroit Lions fan. Other than that, he is extraordinarily gifted in his profession.

Walking in the door, Their receptionist welcomed me with a smile and made sure I was taken care of immediately. The lobby was neat,clean and quite comfortable. I was greeted by a friendly technician and received my checkup, I was introduced to the professional and friendly dentist. Mission accomplished, Precision Smiles is my new dentist. I drove 18 miles to get to Dr. Patel and I would drive another 100. He's the absolute best dentist I've ever been too in my 47 years of life. His staff is friendly and kind and they are always so ready to help with any and all my needs and questions!! Won't ever go anywhere else!! 20 out of a 10!!!

I would give them 0 stars if that was available. I was scheduled for an appointment which I thought would be a cleaning. To my surprise, I took the day for a tech to take at least 10 x-rays of my teeth and the dentist showed up 30 minutes later to tell me what he saw on the x-rays. No cleaning. Just a dentist booking appointments to charge my insurance for something I didn't need. To get a cleaning, I had to work out a plan, was taken to a small office and maybe, I can have a cleaning in 2 months. I was played and my insurance charged for x-rays. Back to my old dentist, that's what I get for trusting "friends".

The staff is always friendly and the dentist always makes sure your comfortable. They are great with my son who is 14 and has been going there for a couple years or so. Always tentative to whatever your concerns are and whatever you need.

Dr. Patel is so chill. He is down to earth yet very professional. Which from my experience hard to find in all health care. Most try to hard at being professional come across as impersonal. His bed side manner if you call it that for dentist is A+. Moving on... the quality of work is great as well.spot on with his recommendations. Not much pain in cleanings from the hygenist even when I had to get scalled. The front of office are polite. I've been late 5 times! Not so much as a side ways look. I'm not saying push your luck like me. Sorry ladies! I'm trying to be better today! Anyway Focus.... Dr. Patel's office has not tried to empty my pockets like MINT. Took my son to mint and paid more for braces than I did for invisalign here... . Good dentist at mint but the experience lacked luster. Price, staff,etc,. If you want to see a good dentist that cares about his practice inside and out and is fair. Fo see him!
