Dr. Yousaf spent most of his life in Albany, New York. After finishing his high school education there, he chose to go abroad to attend a four-year dental college. After earning his Bachelor of Dental Surgery, he headed to Washington, DC where he did two more years of advanced education at Howard University, receiving his DDS, Doctor of Dental Surgery, with honors.
Misty is originally from North Carolina, and now resides in Virginia with her two lovely kids and husband. She received her BS in Dental Hygiene in 2002, and currently pursuing MS in Public Health with a concentration in Health Promotion. As an advocate of health, Misty believes that oral health is collaborative. Her primary responsibility is to give patients the knowledge and tools to reach their oral health goals. She states that knowledge is what leads to optimal health. I love all things related to Food, Culture and travel. I look forward to meeting you all during your next visit.
Catara is a mother to a beautiful little girl. She enjoys spending time with family when she is not working. Catara has a passion for hair and makeup which has driven her to start her own side business in this providing these services. Catara has high hopes to further advance her career and become a Dental Hygienist in the near future!
Zoila is one of our office Managers at our Stafford, VA location. She has been with the Precision Smile team since 2017. Out of the office, Zoila enjoys spending time with her husband, horses and three cute dogs. She is a registered dental assistant with goals of becoming a dental hygienist some day! She strive to provide our patients with the best care from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave.
Anelyz is currently in college pursuing her associates degree. She is cross trained for dental assisting and front desk duties, as she has been in the dental field for over 3 years. I started my journey in the dental field when I was 17 years old. When She is not in the office, She love spending quality time with her family.
Sameer received his Bachelors degree at Virginia Tech in 2019, and currently is pursuing a masters in molecular medicine. He manages both of our office locations in Stafford, Virginia and Washington, DC. Sameer has goals of attending dental school in the near future and obtaining his doctor of dental surgery degree. Dentistry has been a huge part of his life for the last 5 years working alongside Dr. Yousaf. His hobbies outside the office consist of working out, spending time with family/friends, and working on sports cars as he is a car enthusiast. Working alongside such a driven and skilled team at Precision Smile Dentistry has motivated Sameer to change the way people view dentistry, one smile at a time.
Joseline has been working in the administrative dental field for about 5 years now. She enjoys spending time with her family/friends, and her sweet 4 year old daughter. When Joseline is not in the office, she like to spend time exercising and weightlifting at her local gym.
Angel is a US Navy Veteran who served 11 years. She joined the Navy in 2007 as a dental assistant/medical assistant. She has also served as the sole hygienist on a aircraft carrier with 5,000 people on board. Having over 14 years of experience in this field, she had the pleasure of working in various different settings and provide care for patients of all backgrounds. As a dental hygienist Angel is known for her gentle touch, meticulous and thorough cleaning technique. She has a lot of pride in her work and always strives to provide all her patients with the best care. When Angel is not in the office, she enjoys taking care of her two beautiful kiddos, Halo and Angelo. In her free time, she is committed to self growth and enjoy activities such as meditating, listening to audio books, and painting.
Anahita is one of our clinical team members, and she is originally from Afghanistan. She has been working in the dental field for about 4 years now. During this time she has understood the importance of oral health and assisted in many complex procedures. She wants her to emphasize routine brushing and flossing to her patients, as she states, it is all about good habits and routine. Anahita has hopes to help children in the future, as she believes they are the future of the country. She enjoys spending time with her lovely family any chance she can get. She has goals of learning multiple different languages, aside from Farsi and English, and her dream pet is a German shepherd.

Amazing dental practice! Highly recommend going to them for your dental needs. The staff and doctor are super nice and personable. I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction which went very smooth with no pain at all.

So kind and helpful. Everyone is really nice. Going to the dentist used to really stress me out but everyone is really nice here. I am also so grateful to them for cleaning my night guard for me. They are always willing to help and are always so nice about everything.

No one likes going to the dentist but Dr. Yousef and team treat you like family. We have been with the since arriving to VA four years ago and could not be happier. His preference on NFL teams is suspect () but great practice!

Highly recommend this dentist. One of the best I have been to. My crown fell off and they were able to squeeze me in same day when my usual dentist wouldn't respond. The front desk staff are super kind and courteous, answering any and all questions I had. The office itself is spotless. The dentist is what makes this facility earn a 5/5 for me. Dr. Yousaf has the best bedside manner. Very conversational and concerned about your teeth. During the repair work he informed me of next steps along the way so I knew what to expect. My crown fits perfectly and have had no issues. I personally do not have fears of going to the dentist, but I know for many the dentist can cause a lot of anxiety. This facility will make you feel comfortable, they have tvs set up you can watch during your visit, and a wonderful staff. I have already recommended this dentist to friends and family and would highly recommend if you are looking for one as well. I will be back for future cleanings and any dental work I may need.

I love this place! The front desk, dental assistant, and doctor are personable, warm and accommodating. I went in for a second opinion and this dentist was actually trying to help me and not upsell me. He took the time to take a scan to show that the nerve in a tooth was dead, which long term can create problems. He also let me know the option that was less expensive was the best option to keep integrity of my teeth structure. When I went in for my root canal the staff noticed I was cold. They immediately got me (without me asking) a lab coat and thick blanket. It was so nice! All rooms have a TV with Netflix, youtube, etc. So, you can watch whatever you want. I won't go anywhere than here! Thanks Precision Smile Dentistry!

I don't go to the dentist much and thought my experience was going to be long and painful but it was the complete opposite. Sami and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Misty, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth today were great. I couldn't have ask for anyone better. I am excited to start this journey with Dr. Yousaf and i know the outcome will be exactly what i expected. I highly recommend anyone that is in need of dental work or looking for a new place to check PrecisionSmile out! All my future dental will be with you guys. I had such an awesome experience when I went in for my fillings. I usually hate going to the dentist and (unfortunately) avoid going in because of past experiences but everyone at the front desk is super sweet and my fillings only took 20, 30 min and I didn't feel a thing! Overall I was soo relieved to have a good experience. Thank you Precision Dentistry!!!

Everyone was really great. During the cleaning she let me know exactly what she would be doing. She gave me good preventative information and was gentle (relatively because of the bad shape my gums are in) during the cleaning process. The doctor explained what we needed next and the receptionist broke down the pricing thoroughly. Great experience!

I love this dental office. Great dentist and dental assistant staff just everything. I have actually never been to a dentist office that is so nice. Plus great dental service. Now it is a bit pricey but it's worth the cost to me for the amazing service.
