I got an implant from Doctor Smith, it was very painful, it got infected and it fell, then he said he would do it again and he did, after days off from work, lots of pain it fell again! I was fool enough to go back for a third implant and there was something wrong again and failed. He took my money and when I told them I was not going back they still treated me with collection and I still had to pay $400 dollars balance, for a lot of suffering, wasted time, and now I don't even want anybody else to look at it and it is infected. Terrible Doctor I paid him thousands of dollars for nothing, he took my money, hurt me and did not care...

I was literally crying out of Doctor's Smiths office... It was rough, painful and the implant that I got here, did not work (twice!). I had to finish my treatment somewhere else. Natalie showed no empathy, no care at all, getting to the point of being rude. I will never come back to this office, I really don't know how this people keep scamming patients and no one can do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this office, they will take your money and make you suffer.

I have recently had the BEST experience at Precision Periodontics. Dr. Smith and staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this office and all who work here. I highly recommend seeking any treatment you need at Precision Periodontics with Dr. Smith.

Called in to get pricing , they refused to give me pricing i have no insurance so i just wanted to know the pricing for deep cleanings , i was on the phone with Natalie she wouldn't budge on giving just a estimate on pricing she as very rude and i asked to speak with the office manager , and LOL she was the office manager , she was very rude and didn't care to even listen to my case i was referred to Dr Smith by some personal friends of him , next time i see our mutual friends i will be sure to discuss this sad DR office manager

I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Smith and it was great! I even went to work the next day. Staff was great to work with my insurance.

They took good care of me when I needed a gum graft and were flexible with scheduling me, especially since I sometimes had to come from out of state.

Dr. Peter Smith is in my experience the best periodontal surgion in the state. He has unbelievable attn to detail, and has genuine care for his patients. I had really bad teeth, and debilitating pain, and Dr. Smith really went above and beyond to help me, and I owe him a debt that I could never repay. I only recommend one dentist and Dr. Smith is him. I want him to know how much I appreciate him, and want others to know that being under his care is the best place you can be. Staff was very helpful on trying to get the best insurance coverage. Doctor was very helpful and patient, and took time to explain the plan of attack to fix my bad teeth. Before I went there but now the pain are all gone. Thank you!!
