Dr Neda treated me for over a year. She has the most amazing bedside manner, takes pride in her work, and honors her word. She and her staff were always accommodating, professional and pleasant. Most recently there was a billing error where the office manager, Michael, took my call; he was respectful and responsive: he said he would check on something and then called me back 3 minutes later with the billing issue resolved! Thank you, Dr Neda and staff!

I doctor is good but, the receiption and the billing team are just a sack of marbles. Their ineptitude will cause you alot of money. Wouldn't recommend even to an enemy.

The dental assistants were the only good people at this place. If you do need a root canal done and you can make the drive I highly suggest Adirondack endodontics in Queensburry. I had never had a root canal done before and the assistants were wonderful, talking me threw how it would go. When the doctor came in he was very short with answering my questions and made me feel dumb for some of the things I asked. When he went to go and do the root canal he kept saying "I don't think I can do this" but continued to try. He got mad at me because I wasn't able to sit still because I didn't know what was going. I ended up not being able to get the root canal done and when the doctor left the office I was in tears and it was the dental assistant who calmed me down and reassured me that everything was OK. The Doctor had the worst bedside manner. They also did not tell me that I would need to go to another dentist to Get a crown put on. Which made me extra stressed. Now 4 months later after a dozen calls to not only this place, but my Dentist, and the new place that I highly recommend, I just got I stuck with a $700 bill for A root canal that never even happened. * Sidenote I went to Adirondack edodontist a couple days ago And it turns out I actually don't need a root canal done right now. The dentist there was phenomenal and I am confident that if and when I do need a root canal done I will not need sedation for it because I'm confident in him and his team.

Awful experience. Had to wait about eight weeks to get in to be seen for cracked teeth (they were the only in-network endodontist so I didn't have much choice). I was clearly the last appointment of the day. The dentist took an x-ray, said my tooth "wasn't dead yet and to come back when it was dead." He confirmed an abscess but did nothing to treat it or tell me how to treat it. I had a referral for one tooth but since I did the damage initially, I realized it was more than one tooth. He refused to look at any other tooth without another referral. The receptionist came into the end of my (very short) appointment and was waiting for me to leave. The dentist ran out of the office before I was even done paying. I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience and like I couldn't even ask any questions. Not to mention, I have zero answers or fixed teeth after paying almost $200 for my out of pocket portion. I won't ever be back to this practice.

Although the office staff & Dr. Neda are very friendly, the overall lack of skill & precision in procedure is deeply concerning. Do NOT recommend. 6/2021-Needed a gum graft on 2 teeth. PP was the only place my insurance accepted. Had a consult which lasted all of 5 minutes w/ Dr. Neda Azadivatan-Le. Took before pics. Insurance required pre-authorization so PP submitted it to them for the proposed treatment plan & told me it would be a few weeks to hear back. 9/2021-Never heard back from the office so I called - the office said "We should have heard back by now." I had an insurance change & updated it w/ PP at that point. Office told me they would resubmit the claim to my updated ins. 10/2021-Called again, getting their voicemail & leaving messages. When I got a hold of them, they told me that my ins. didn't cover the procedure. I knew that it did so I pressed on it a little only to find they had resubmitted the pre-auth. to my old ins. rather than the updated one I gave them. They told me they would resubmit it to my new ins. & it would take 4 weeks. 11/2021-Received a notice from my new ins. saying the procedure wasn't covered b/c it was for implants? Called PP & it was a billing error on their part. They said they would correct it & resubmit it to my ins. 12/2021-Having not heard back, I called the office again. The claim was denied again b/c they had never removed my old ins. Said they would remove my old & resubmit it to my current ins. Early 1/2022-Ins. approved. Called PP to schedule for mid-Feb. Front office was not able to give me many details on what to expect as far as recovery, time-off of work, dietary restrictions afterward, how long the procedure should take, etc. I asked if the doctor could call me back but that didn't happen. 1/2022-Called again b/c I had questions about what to expect. Was again told that the doctor would advise me on post-care on the surgery date. I had heard it would require liquids & I wanted to be able to shop appropriately beforehand. 2/2022- Surgery day-Everything seemed to go well although partway through the doctor mentioned losing the harvested piece of tissue in my mouth & had to go around fishing for it. Took pics immediately after. Went home & my palate wouldn't stop bleeding. Kept calling the office over & over again, only getting their voicemail. Eventually someone answered & I explained the situation & they said they would call me back. Got a call back & said I could come back in if it was still bleeding in an hour. It was-they used the laser tool to stop the bleeding & sent me back home. 1 week post-op appt. I had strictly followed the liquid diet, the brushing & rinsing guidelines to a T! They told me things were healing okay, but not very confidently. I knew something was up when they decided not to take 1 week post-op pics. Dr. Neda's cell phone rang in the middle of my appt & she left to go answer it. Scheduled a 1 month post-op appt. In the week following, I knew something was wrong & things weren't healing well. The recession actually appeared to be worse than before the procedure. I called repeatedly every day that week, leaving voicemails asking for a call back & never getting one until a week later. I explained & asked to come in. Finally made an appt & took after-pics which showed worse recession than prior to having the gum graft done! They offered to do a revision on 1 of the teeth. I was upset, especially after following their post-op directions above & beyond & was extremely careful! Gum grafts are technique sensitive- "50% on the provider, 50% on you." The fact that BOTH grafts failed, & not only that but the procedure made my recession worse says a lot about the skill of the practitioner. I will need the entire procedure on both teeth redone at a different office. Stay away! Take a look at a lot of the other Google & Yelp reviews - this is not just a one-off incident but a pattern w/ this office!

Worst experience ever in any dentist office. Went in for a consultation for an abscess and root canal. The dentist didn't warn me what she was going to do and wacked another tooth with a metal implement. I told her u can't even think about doing that to the bad tooth. I will go through the ceiling as I was in tears of even the thought. Then treated me like I was 2 when I asked her about the a tooth telling me to "let's focus on this tooth that your here about" which I though she had the wrong front tooth!!! Which is why I was questioning in the first place and felt like I was being scolded!!! Very uninformative. Three people asked me 3 times of I was done with my paperwork. Felt like they were rushing me through pages of information which I didn't get a copy of any of it and had no time to read all of it!! My friend was so disturbed he went to talk to the office manager about the situation. I'm going to complain to my union about getting more participating endodontists. I called my dentist and they are going to see what they can do about the root canal. I won't go back.

Having gone for a consultation this morning, I can understand all the mixed reviews. My dentist said this was the only place they refer patients to so this is the one I went to. I had a consultation today with Dr. Simon. As someone else said, I had just recently had x-rays with my dentist which they said they would send over and they ended up redoing some at this office. Perhaps the other ones were just not good enough quality. Dr. Simon came in for just a few minutes. He showed me the tooth on the x-ray and explained why I would need to go back to my dentist for a procedure. When I tried to ask him a question, he left the room and the assistant said she would answer the question. I never got clarification or my question answered. I have a friend who is an orthodontist and I asked her to see if she could check with the clinic to find out exactly what the issue was with my tooth so I would have an explanation. She said she called and was placed on hold for about 20 minutes before she hung up. Many of the reviews say that Dr. Simon has great clinical skills, while many of the negative reviews, including my own, also recognize that his personal skills are not meeting people's expectations. Hopefully this consultation will be mostly covered by insurance. The only cost it seems I had to pay out of pocket, for now, was when the assistant dabbed some solution on my tooth to see if it hurt. Quite an expensive procedure. I hope to not need to go back there again, as I am now biased when I think about the clinic. The two star rating is not one since Dr. Simon, if unscrupulous, could have said that it warranted a root canal that they would do. Instead he referred me back to my dentist.

My insurance company is out of network. There is no pariodontist in the area that is in network in our area. United healthcare contact "Michael" in this office we were told as long as they gave a pre-approval we could move forward. The auth was put through over a month ago. "Michael" told United healthcare everything was good to have me call and make an appointment. I have called and called and called. No one calls me back or I'm told Michael will call me back. Never happened. I FINALLY get ahold of them today. Now let me just say United healthcare saw this as a emergency situation. It took from November 3rd until now for them to call me and tell me even with a pre-authorization I have to pay up front then Ve re-embursement. I don't have money like this. My insurance is through social security. If I had this kind of money I d pay it myself Awful staff and mislead. I would never recommend this group

Overall incompetence on several levels: Losing X-rays - several times, disorganized office, billing problems - was explicitly told there would be no charge for the consult by an employee who no longer works there so they are charging me...overall rude. Go someplace else...anywhere else.

Was referred here by my dentist to get a root canal. After previously having a painful root canal with someone else, I was assured I wouldn't feel a thing. Dr. Harvey prescribed me an anti-anxiety medication to take before hand and my root canal went without any issues. Dr. Harvey is very straightforward and is there strictly to do his job. He knows what he's doing and I found comfort in that. Cherise, the dental assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and could answer many of the questions I had. I read a lot of reviews about the inconsistency in billing but I have to say Michael and the staff ensured I knew what I would be paying and provided some relief where they could. There wasn't any surprises when it came to pay. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this dental office and I would highly recommend.

This was my second root canal and my first by PPE. I was nervous but Dr Simons assistant was very friendly. She walked me through the procedure with a calm and humorous demeanor. She assured me that I wouldn't feel any discomfort. Dr Simon was very professional and straight forward. For the patients that didn't like his personality, I say I care more about the success of the procedure then chit chatting with the DR. That you for a great experience

BEWARE. I've read a number of reviews of this place and the majority of them mention how rude the doctors were. In my experience, the doctor was adequate (though, I only went for a consultation). BUT BEWARE OF THEIR BILLING PRACTICES and double check that they FULLY ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE. First, I was given a referral to this practice by my dentist but told to double check that they take my insurance. I checked the website - it says they take my insurance. I call the office and ask them, just to double check, and they assure me that they accept my insurance. Fast forward to my consultation. The doctor can't figure out which tooth is my actual problem tooth but decides that a root canal is necessary. I'm sent to the billing lady who tells me that my out of pocket expense for the consult is 2/3 the entire cost of the procedure, and for the root canal will be almost the same. I know that my insurance has covered these things before, so I ask why they told me they accepted my insurance and she tells me, with a straight face, that they do - that they will bill my insurance for a small portion of it. I explain that my insurance has typically covered all of these expenses, and THAT is when they tell me that they are an out of network provider. I explain that I should have been told this when I asked if they accepted my insurance and that I feel tricked, and she says, twice, "I don't know why you're taking it out on me, I'm not the one who told you that." So I had to pay over $200 for a consult that my insurance would have covered, and she adamantly insists on taking immediate payment but refuses to immediately provide me with my records. After submitting a written request for my records, another person came out to tell me he would personally see to it that I had digital copies of my records delivered to me by the end of the work day. It's been 2 days since then and I'm still waiting.

This office has rude and incompetent staff. I had a consult on 10/26/20 and as of 1/5/21, they have not submitted the correct pre-authorization paperwork to my insurance. An insurance rep and myself have spoken to Lisette and Michael at least 4 times combined and it still has not been submitted correctly. As for my consult on 10/26/20, I overheard a blonde office staff member with fake eyelashes talking about me and my case which I found very uncomfortable and not in line with basic privacy guidelines. She was also not wearing a mask when taking my payment for the visit. Instead of trying to run my correct insurance information, she became frustrated and tried to make me pay $300 out of pocket. She was a very intense person and had I not advocated to redo the billing, I would've had to pay that amount out of pocket. BEWARE of their billing and treatment plan charges. Dr Neda proposed a treatment option as the only option for me and it was not covered by insurance. Only after my insurance told me there were other options, the Dr agreed to another procedure but still wanted to charge me additional fees to have it covered this way. Overall, I had an extremely poor initial visit and poor follow up communication with this office and I would NOT recommend coming here. Bottom line- I would not feel safe being put under anesthesia or to receive treatment given the multiple inadequate interactions I've had with staff and Doctors at this practice.
