Our office environment is one of comfort to make your experience better than you could ever expect from a dental office. We also make use of the latest technologies to make your visit pleasant, effective and relaxing. We use only digital radiographs, which reduces your exposure to radiation dramatically, while allowing us to immediately view radiographic images, no waiting!

We incorporate lasers in the treatment of disease as well as modern techniques in the field of regeneration. This 'regeneration' aspect of periodontal therapy is the cornerstone of our office practice philosophy. It represents the ultimate in modern periodontal therapy.

We also provide dental implant surgical care as a means of restoring missing teeth. We work closely with your genreal dentist or prosthodontist to provide you an optimal dental implant result. Implants are the next best thing to real teeth.

Kim has worked with Dr. Fields since 1994, in the 'old office' ! . She 's a true multi-tasker with an extensive background in dental surgery. She is originally from Cape May, NJ. and has a beautiful daughter. She is a dog lover.

Alice was born and raised in NOVA, attended Virginia Tech for her prerequisites before transferring to graduate from University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science for Dental Hygiene. Alice loves what she does and thoroughly enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them stay teeth-healthy. She has a happy go lucky personality and a gentle touch to make sure all her patients are comfortable during their visits. She's part of a large family, one of five kids. Alice is an older soul, her favorite movies to watch and music to listen to are from the 40s-60s era. She has a dog named Toast, who she believes is the best dog in the world.

Dr. Fields is a native of Lexington, Kentucky and alsospent time growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio.He attended Georgetown College, a small liberal arts college in Kentucky earning a B.S.degree (biology/chemistry), then matriculated to the University of Louisville for his dental education, earning a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) in 1989. He also has earned the degree Ma.C.S.D. tofurther his education in providing IVconscious sedation.

Dr. Fields is 'Board Certified' and is a specialist in his field, he is not a general dental practioner. He earned a certificate in Periodontics from the Medical College of Virginia Virginia Commonwealth University. He also has certification in providing IV conscious sedation, which he has provided for his patientssince 1994. He regularly attends continuing education events to keep abreast of the latest technologies and products to help serve patients better. He is married to Marilyn, and has two children, Patrick an Army officer and Faith, a professional chef.

I visited Dr. Fields' office for a second opinion on a gum issue. I was instantly impressed with his wonderful office staff and assistant. Dr. Fields was patient and understanding of my dental phobia and made me feel safe and confident enough to schedule the procedure. The day of the procedure was quick and completely painless. I highly recommend Dr. Field and his office for any periodontic needs.

Dr. Zalewsky is very knowledgeable and gifted in his profession. I had a full arch of crown lengthening done and I had little to no swelling or pain afterward. He walked me through the procedure and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His confidence in his craft is very reassuring. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for the best to look no further. Dr. Zalewsky and his team will 100% go above and beyond your expectations.

This office is amazing! For someone like me who is afraid of the dentist, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Fields is easy to talk to and genuinely cares about my oral health. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice!

Always an exceptional experience at this office. I have been seeing Dr. Fields for several years, and I can honestly say that I cannot imagine a better experience visiting a dental office. First of all, the office is always immaculate. In a time like this, cleanliness is so, so important, and this office is always in spotless, pristine condition. Secondly, the staff is just fantastic. Medical environments tend to make me a bit uncomfortable and anxious, but I've never even felt a hint of that here. From the initial warm, friendly welcome, to the efficient personalized care from the hygienist staff and doctor, I always feel like I'm being taken care of by people I can really trust. They always make me feel like family when I come in, but simultaneously provide the most professional service that I have ever received. All of my procedures have gone incredibly smoothly, and the staff has always made sure to answer any and all possible questions to make sure that I am comfortable, informed, and happy. I'm very thankful to have found this practice.

I've had the pleasure of coming to Dr. Field's office on multiple occasions. Kim and Julie at the front desk are great and I love how there's always water bottles and mints in the waiting room (those good wint o green mints). Dr. Fields is extremely friendly and has always provided me with excellent care. If you're in need of implants or gum surgery, this is the place to go.

I saw Dr. Fields for an evaluation and I was so pleased with how everything went. He listened to what I had to say and his demeanor put me at ease. I have total confidence in his assessment of my problem and his suggestions for how to proceed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone in need of periodontal care.
