My daughter has been coming to this office for over two years and due to Covid it delayed her process. Dr. Singh mood and vibe is very unpleasant and unprofessional to be the doctor and it irritated me every visit. He seems so unhappy with his job and doesn't like when you question his work! I've also had staff with attitudes also and some that were wonderful. I feel he needs to re-evaluate himself as a leader because his staff and patients feed off his energy and it's uncomfortable! Thanks to the staff we encountered that were always nice and smiling!! Then the owner commented under me is for attention because I've been reaching out to that number for a while and no answer or response back!

This place get absolutely no stars period. I would not recommend this place to a dog. I also believe they have discrimination issues. The first thing that happened was 2 weeks ago I was at the Maumee location and the DA kept typing on the computer while she was in my daughters mouth and removing a used glove and replacing it without washing her hands. Then she left the room and came back and put gloves on again without washing her hands. At this point had expressed my feelings to her that she was not following universal precautions and my child was at high risk for COVID-19 and many different viruses due to her negligence. She apologized and explained how she did not feel that this was wrong but since I'm the customer she would try to appease me. Afterwards the entire visit was uncomfortable because she was very offended that I requested that she practice safely. Own my following visit the next week with a different daughter she expressed that she didn't want to work with us. So I decided to briefly mention what she did to a staff member and they totally ignored me. I felt that she might continue this behavior and cause risk to other patients because she was very unhappy with my concerns. This visit on today I was called a liar by another staff member for reporting the same DA for not practicing safe. This is important and if my child becomes sick due to her negligence it will be devastating. Then the next thing that happened my husband and I spoke with Dr. Singh several months ago to explain we were relocating to another state. At the time Dr. Singh was fully honest and said I can't complete the work and I will issue a refund so you can get a new orthodontist in your new state. He issued the refund and all was good however, due to Covid 19 we had to postpone our relocation process. So Dr. Singh told us to come back and he wanted my husband to pay for the entire service and additional payments. The doctor informed us that he could complete all work by our moving date Dec. 19, 2020. But during our last visit the story changed and we paid all of the money we don't owe a dime, he said " I'm unsure if you will be done in 2 weeks you might need one more visit but we will see when you come back to remove the braces. So at the time open leaving the office I felt secure that he knew what he was doing. The following visit the gave me a paper to sign which they said they can't remove the braces until they are signed. The doctor never said one word he removed the braces and left the room quickly like he always does. My daughter became upset and she has already had severe depression issues because of her insecurities about her teeth. She was unhappy with a gap that could not be seen until the braces were removed so she has a gap in the front and the back. Keep in mind she did not have the gap in either place prior to the braces. So at this point the DA looked at us and admitted that she and the doctor were very unhappy with the results of my daughters teeth. When she expressed this i said well then why would he remove the braces without telling me this.? The DA left told me she would go get the doctor then Dr. Singh reentered the room and was so angry he was red and shaking. He said why didn't you say anything before I took the braces off. The doctor was mad and talking down to me and very unprofessional. I asked him was he the doctor then told him that I trusted him to do his job. The way and manner that the doctor was speaking to me was rude and intimidating so I called my husband. The began to speak to my husband and he became angry because he felt the doctor mistreated me because I am a woman. Dr. Singh fanned his hand at the phone and said " Tell him if he wants to talk further come up here don't do it over the phone he told me to leave and he walked out. This was so embarrassing I tried to not get emotional for my daughter. During the time Dr. Singh was insulting me other staff members kept coming in and out the room making unprofessional comments towards me. They were trying to get me angry.

Unprofessional, no craftsmanship or pride taken in their work. They wanna Get you in and out just to make their money even though you might be experiencing a ton of problems. I can say this along with the rest of my brothers and sisters. If you actually want quality work I wouldn't recommend this place

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was seen by one orthodontist, then when he left I began seeing Doctor Singh, who was absolutely horrible to work with. After I paid my balance off, the quality of care deminshed greatly. I saw several different assistants who kept doing something different as in reversing what had been done from the previous visit. They began rushing my service and proceeded to end care six months early and my teeth were still crooked. Doctor Singh went on to say there was nothing else he could do and that he could fix my teeth with a retainer and that at my age I don't know why you would still want to be in braces. He then told me to take a few days then come and get my braces taken off. I consulted two other orthodontist who said I had at least 9 months left in braces, and that I was no where near done. I filled a complaint and nothing was resolved, they never completed care nor offered to fix the issue. I have decided to go else where which the cost to fix my teeth is about the same as I paid this place. They treat your teeth like an assemble line, just in it to make money. Mark my word go somewhere else! Dr. Singh doesn't know what he is doing and doesn't care about his patients, the assistants do all the work and they are just as clueless!

I love this place and they get you in and out quickly. The team member that has been dealing with my son since the entire process began has been AMAZING!!!!! She treats us with respect and shows genuine concern. Cameill is one of a kind and I can't thank her enough for the care she takes with my son's mouth and teeth.

I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this office for treatment. When I got my braces and the few follow up visits I had the dental assistant always left wiring poking my inner mouth and during my visits, there was always a level of unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge when it came to proper treatment. I decided to continue my follow up appointments somewhere else and had to request to have a dental release record form emailed to me to complete, which I didn't receive on my initial call, but had to call back 5 hours later and finally it was sent from the Office Manager. I completed and returned within 5 minutes with the new dental office information to forward my records. The new office couldn't setup an appointment until of course they reviewed my current records. I received an email after following up the next day from the office manager at Precision stating she had emailed the records. I gave it two days as the new office stated once they received/reviewed they would contact me back. After not receiving a call for 2 days I called the new office to see if they received and they had not. I obtained the email address to confirm Precision had the correct one and emailed the office manager back advising they hadn't received and the correct email address to send the records. This was over a week ago and followed up and have not heard back whatsoever. This is horrible service and I wouldn't recommend anyone set up Ortho treatment as the lack there of and run around to just have your records forwarded properly and timely to continue treatment elsewhere in addition to the onsite professionalism is not warranted when no one wants to take time out of their day to go to the dentist to start with. I mean how hard is it to respond to an email especially over a week ago is horrible.
