I have been taking my daughter here for a few years now for her braces. The staff has always been kind and professional. Thank you LaTres, Wakela, and Dr. Lewis for making the whole experience a pleasant one.

I'm at my whitts end! I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now about an appt set for next Tuesday(8/23) and the only response I got was from a woman at the Lyndhurst office telling me she can't change appts for the Strongsville office. 18 months of dealing with this office and it has been an utter migraine! It took them 3 MONTHS to send over the request for our insurance to approve the braces. Then I was ignored for 2 weeks when I tried to call about our daughter's one bracket coming off her tooth, so I tried to switch orthodontist but our insurance said they had an agreement with them and percision would have to agree to remove themselves from the contract so I wouldn't encounter additional fees I'm ready pay out of pocket to another orthodontist to remove her braces.

the most difficult office i've ever dealt with.. they withhold records and make it extremely difficult to switch to professional practices. I seriously don't understand why anyone would go here.

Not everything has been perfect during Covid but they have done their best to make sure things were taken care of. My son has had his braces now for two years but it's paying off, his front teeth are now together!! We have had appliances and all. But overall, the experience has been great!!!

Latres (secretary), Crystal (office Manager), and Jayla (assistant) were so amazing and helpful at my recent visit!!! It was a rocky first couple of months with my daughter and her braces but this appt definitely made me feel better about this whole process. It's a learning experience for us and it's good to know that there are people that really care about the process as well!
