Precision Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry provides gentle dental care for children and orthodontics for patients of all ages. We prioritize creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where our patients can relax while receiving quality care. Besides offering various orthodontic appliances, we also provide preventative dental services and cavity treatments for children.
Our team aims to make dental visits a positive experience for patients. We strive to help our clients feel comfortable visiting our office and make the treatment process as fun and efficient as possible. Every patient is different, so we make sure to create a customized treatment plan to satisfy their unique needs and preferences.
Dr. Lan Tran graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST). He completed his bachelors degree at the College of William and Mary. He went on to earn his doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Dentistry and complete his orthodontics residency at the University of Detroit-Mercy Orthodontics.
Years of taking continuing education courses beyond dental school and residency training has allowed Dr. Tran to integrate current research with advanced technology to give you the best treatment options in a multidisciplinary environment.
Dr. Lan is a Board Certified Orthodontist who maintains memberships with the American Association of Orthodontists, American Board of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Associationand Northern Virginia Orthodontic Study Club.
Dr. Lan loves to travel and learn about other cultures. He enjoys being involved in the community both local and abroad. His interests include trying new foods, dance, inspirational media, voice-over and acting.
He dedicates his time to MMOM USA an international medical group that provides free care to those underserved. We also volunteers with AALEAD, providing mentorship to high school Asian-American students, and AA Success, offering mentorship in providing life skills to Asian-American students for life after high school.
Dr. Adibi is a recent transplant from Tampa, Florida. As a board-certified Pediatric dentist, Dr. Adibi has always enjoyed working with children. She graduated with honors from the University of South Florida where she received her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences with minors in Leadership and Biomedical Physics. She continued with a M.S. in Microbiology. In 2009 Dr. Adibi attended Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where she earned her DMD degree and went onto complete her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry.
She began working in private practice and also taught as a clinical professor at NYU Langone Pediatric Residency Program branched in Florida. Now relocated to the D.C. area with her husband, Dr. Adibi continues to believe that dentistry should be fun and fearless, she strives to ensure that all her patients are comfortable and at ease in the dental chair. It is her greatest reward to see her patients grow, overcoming their dental fears and having fun at their dental visits.
Dr. Adibi enjoys continuing education courses in order to offer the most current preventive and treatment options available in pediatric dentistry. She relishes every opportunity to serve in her community to further the publics education on childrens oral health and has volunteered for various pediatric oral health programs such as Give Kids A Smile and Mission of Mercy.

The office looks so beautiful and it is really fun to go here because everyone is super funny and kind. Dr. Tran is really nice and he explains everything to you. All the staff teach you what to do to keep your teeth clean. I already reffered 2 people to come here and I want to refer more people. I can not wait to go to my next appointment and I am always really excited to go here! I recommend anyone to come here because it's such a great office.

Just moved here into town and before I moved it was time to get them off. Came in for my free consultation and were super friendly and worked with me so well that we were able to get my braces off and set up my retainers all within an hour I will be coming back for sure

Dr. Tran has the best dental group ever! Everything was so pristine. Everyone was friendly. I honestly thought I'd have to go through a year of excruciating pain but it wasn't at all. Yes it was miserable for a day after an adjustment but because of covid & wearing a mask, having braces at 60 wasn't as awful as when you're 14!!!

Having my cross bite fixed with Dr. Tran was the best decision I made! The whole process went by in a breeze and Dr. Tran is always nice and really cares about his patients. I can tell he loves his job and really looks after his patients' wellbeing. I continue to recommend his practice to all my friends and family!

I had negatively expressed my frustration about this office's service, and within hours Doctor Tran personally contacted me, and fix the misunderstanding. This shows and speaks volumes about his professionalism, and the great customer service that he is willing to perform. I am greatly appreciated and content with his performance and his team's performance. I took my son today to get some treatment and the ENTIRE team was friendly, professional and encouraging to my four-year-old. Our doctor; Dr. Adibi, is AMAZING, she (and her team once again) went above and beyond to help my son. I can tell you 100 percent, without a doubt this is the best team of experts that we've come across. They have gained our confidence and trust to come for their services.

This is an AMAZING doctor with an amazing office. He takes the time to care for his patients NO MATTER WHAT. I cannot sing enough praise for this office. He personally took the time to handle my daughter's issue on a Saturday. He HAS THE BIGGEST HEART and cares for ALL of his community. He puts love and care into helping people love the dentist. I had a serious issue with my 6 year old daughter who could not bite down properly. DR TRAN took time on a SATURDAY to help my daughter. She is feeling SO MUCH BETTER BECAUSE OF HIM. He is a GOD SENT ANGEL in the form of a doctor!!!! The nicest doctor I have ever met. There is no one else in the area that cares for their patients like DR TRAN. I give him the BEST DOCTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD!!!! PLEASE GO HERE AND NO WHERE ELSE! This doctors office literally treats their patients like family. Dr Tran is amazing. He is fixing the severe crowding problem for my daughter's teeth and she doesn't even get scared when she goes to his office because they are so nice there.
