My daughter got her orthodontic treatment from this office. Her alignment was perfect when they were finished. Great and professional staff. Awesome dentists!

This is my second kid going to Niles Precision. They have always done a great job, and my son thinks they are awesome. update: I love Dr. Martins because. He has a real understanding of kids. I will make sure to schedule with him only from now on. For the first time after going for several years I saw someone different today and the next thing I know there taking out my kids braces, saying he is not cooperative. All because the wire tends to break 3 or 4 days before his scheduled visit. That is to long to go with out a wire in and is going to set us back 1month for each day its out. So the doctor wants to wait 6 months to a year to try again how long does the set us back? I am paying out of pocket no help from insurance. I have never had any problems with Dr. Martins and I still have one more kid that needs braces. I hope to continue with Dr. Martins.

Dr palma is the worst! Rude, does not get the job done, collects all money and keeps on braces way to long then after 3 years if complaining he kicked her out of office! Me being a single mom of 5 my insurance would not pay to do ot again so he screws over children that have no money to pay out of pocket to fix her teeth! I'm outraged qnd hope he looses his license! Cruel, and discrimination! I'll be filing a few complaints!

There's no other orthodontist like Dr. Martins! Between him and Liz, they are very thorough at explaining every part of the process. Very laid back atmosphere, which really puts the kids at ease. Wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

After forgetting to pick up our son's retainer, Dr Martins made special arrangements, after hours, to have someone meet us at an office that was closed to fit him. He even offered to meet us on Saturday if necessary. He went above and beyond. That's the kind of orthodontist you want! Thank you!

Dr. Martins and staff are very friendly. They treat their patients with so much care. The environment is peaceful and upbeat and always very clean. Dr. Martins genuinely cares for his patients and they are not just a number to him. His acts of kindness make such a difference in the kids lives. I have 3 children under their care. One of my daughters has struggled with her teeth since she was 10. She has dealt with teeth pain, lock jaw and being made fun of, and she trained herself to not smile with her mouth open to hide her teeth. Today Dr. Martins took her braces off and she will now be flashing her beautiful smile with confidence all the time. Thank you Dr. Martins and staff for taking such good care of our girls and letting them know you care and you don't think of them as just a number. Thank you for loving what you do and not just treating it as something you do for a paycheck!

Went in for a consolation about a year ago on my crooked jaw/teeth With a referral from my dentist. I was scolded and told (rudely) my "jaw problem" was purely cosmetic, he said I just wanted it fixed to looked good, it wasn't necessary even though it caused me pain. He told to take ibuprofen, I would be fine. Then said to come back with Paper work from my dentist(?). I was given no sort of plan or told what could be done for me. I am 30 and have one side of my jaw over an inch longer then the other, Since I was a teenager. My jaw causes me pain and locks. It's also causes my teeth to break. I had been to another orthodontist who had recommended surgery but I had to move. Dr. Martins made me feel very unwelcome. I left the office in tears. As an adult I have never been made to feel so small from a professional.

This place is a complete joke. The absolute worst office I have ever experienced in my life. So unorganized and rude. Nobody seems to know what is going on, and everyone tells you something different. They will cancel your appt without notice, then won't be able to reschedule for 6-8 weeks. You can never get thru on the phone or a return call or mail. Seriously avoid this place at all costs!
