Horrible customer service and very rude. When i call the office there is never an answer. Don't recommend. They always mess up the payments and are very slow. Once we were 10 minutes late to an appointment and they made us reschedule but for every other appointment my daughter has to wait for 15+ minutes. Also have an appointment at 2 today and the doors are locked and no one has answered the phone.

The staff is very rude. I have had a bad experience every appointment. Moved and have to drive 45 min for appointment because they won't let us out of our contract. Don't waste your time or money here.

The assistant and front desk were really nice. I got my wisdom teeth removed, but the numbing shot they used didn't really work for my top right wisdom tooth so I felt every bit of it being removed and the oral surgeon had a really hard time getting it out. They also just sent me home without telling me anything about the recovery process, when I can eat and drink, when I can take the gauze out, etc. they also put stitches in very random spots in my mouth that there wasn't any surgery performed in?? So not quite sure how to feel about this place. A lot of people seemed very uninformed as to their job duties.

This office have terrible customer service. Does not care about patients. The office manager Olivia was very unprofessional and dishonest. Never returns calls. Save time go to another office.

I've had my braces since around January. Everytime I've went I've had a different orthodontist. I just got out of my appointment and the lady had no idea what she was doing. She pinched my lips many times and only said "sorry." "You not bleeding" my lip is now swollen. My last appointment the lady shook her head when she looked at my teeth. She also kept stabbing me when she was changing the colors. I bled a little bit. I don't recommend this place at all if you want a good dental job.

This is for the Medina office. My first son had braces there and the service and people were amazing. Since the current Dr has come in the service for my second child has been horrible. Paid in full upfront a year ago and have only seen the actual Dr 4 times. We discussed the need for certain tools to be put in place to assist in the process, a year later we still don't have them but we're supposed to be installed within the first few months. Multiple appointments have been canceled, Dr refused to see the patients because he didn't want COVID. We have requested a refund due to the lack of service or promised service only for them to offer less than a 30% refund. I've tried to reach out for assistance but no returned calls from finance or upper management. Medina office manager was smug and completely unhelpful. And if you see the response from the company below....I have left three messages for them to return my call and nothing. My child has not seen the Dr since Sept and I cannot get anyone to call me back. DO NOT USE

My daughter has been going to the Medina office for quite a while. We've had issues, and addressed them. She had a follow up yesterday at the office. Took time off work to get her there. Show up and there's no one there! Stickers on the door from deliveries asking when will someone be there. I call and whoever answered the phone confirmed my daughter was on the schedule for yesterday. Told me hours changed. You'd think I'd get a phone call to change her appointment so I don't lose money having to miss work for fun! There was no "I apologize for this happening " "can I reschedule you" nothing! I hung up! We really wanted the dr to look at her teeth seeing that after 3+ years in braces and recently getting them off, she should NOT have a crooked tooth! So now I have to find another provider to do a consult with and am having them go over her mouth with the hopes I don't have to put her back into braces! It's not a cheap thing to mess up on!

Do yourself a favor and spend your 5 grand on braces elsewhere. Each orthodontist has left after a month or 2 and I'm stuck seeing someone new every appointment. I also wanted to end my treatment with them and go to someone reliable and they won't take them off unless I pay them IN FULL even though they haven't finished the work. Over the winter when they lost another orthodontist and changed the staff, I called every week for 2-3 months and even had to talk with the Columbus location multiple times because the medina office WOULD NOT ANSWER. I left messages, no calls back. I'm sick that I've paid these people as much as I have for sub par orthodontic care. I have now moved to texas and have to fly back every couple months because my treatment plan is way longer than originally intended after getting ignored for months and having new orthodontists with new treatment plans every time I come into the office. Please give your money to someone else. My braces are broken every single time, currently my steel ties have come undone and are ripping into my mouth but I cannot fly back until September. Not that they care anyway.

The doctor as well as the staff, especially the manager are always very accommodating. It has been a pleasure too have taken my kid there. I highly recommend them if you need orthodontic work.

We're so pleased and impressed with Dr. Palma. Since we started seeing him, we got more information and have progressed so much more quickly than with the previous owners of the office. He's professional and very caring. The rest of the staff is amazing, too. Rejeanna and Cierra have been professional and treated us with kindness and respect. Brittany is a one woman wonder at the front desk.

There are many very kind orthodontist at this office. Every time I come here I somehow manage to have fun instead of being worried. Also very good at their work, no problems after a year of seeing them.
