I just got my braces taken off today and there are no words to express how satisfied I am with the results! The staff and Dr. Palma are always very professional and pleasant. Even under extremely stressful circumstances, this office operates efficiently and effectively. I had my braces put on prior to COVID-19 and taken off (I guess you could say) after the pandemic. I observed the office being highly adaptable to the social distancing regulations and demonstrating the utmost commitment to us clients. If you follow the instructions that are provided, then you are highly likely to be delighted with the outcome of choosing Precision Orthodontics for your teeth straightening goal! The Southside of Columbus is a community that can be considered underserved; and, I want to thank each and everyone at Precision Orthodontics for their valuable contribution to the City of Columbus and making the world a better place, one smile at a time!-)

By far the worst I've ever dealt with . The people are rude and don't care about how you feel! brackets come off easily ,then they wanna blame you all because their not doing their jobs right .they don't clean tools before reusing them in your mouth . If you don't pay attention you will never know ! It's best if you take your treatment else where, office is too small and sometimes you have to stand up and wait on your turn with the pandemic going on why book 15 appointments at once when the building is entirely to small, Very unprofessional here !!! Very unsatisfied ! Wish I could give 0 stars for sure !

Unprofessional. They DO NOT clean teeth when doing maintenance for braces. They lose vital information from health records. (Told me they have been robbed before!) Office is VERY SMALL! Location is not ideal. Dental assistant didn't even know that an Orthodontist is also a dentist! I could go on and on. I'll stop. I hope they polish up. People's lives are changed with braces. This experience should be magnificent knowing that this will be a core memory. Do not disappoint yourself. I can't believe I had to give them a . If I had two more hands I would give them four thumbs down!

And they make appointments too long because they only attend 1 day a week. $$$ The rating includes other experiences that are not so pleasant for me as a patient. At first they will take you with great importance as a new client, and later you go from being essential as if your service will not be paid

My daughter and I were both so pleased with our experience here. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Dr. De Palma was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we needed to know. I reccomend Precision orthodontics to all!

I am so glad to have found Precision Orthodontics at the Lockbourne location. Dr. Palma is truly an expert in his field and knows what needs to happen with every person he sees. He explains the situation in simple terms and makes sure you are comfortable with what needs to happen. The entire office makes you feel like you are part of the family. You are always welcomed with a smile. Even though they take Medicaid, they still treat you like a person, not a number, like some places treat those with this insurance.

This office is AMAZING! Dr. Palma is so knowledgeable and was a perfect fit to treat my underbite and TMJ issues. All the staff is polite, SUPER sweet and great at their jobs! Definitely a hidden gem that will meet all your orthodontic needs!

This office was extremely unprofessional. I've never had to deal with any medical office like this ever. The lady lied to me when the appointment was and then tried to cover it up. None of my daughters information was submitted to the insurance for approve for her braces. I had to call once a week to get an update at that.
