Bet you didnt know: At the age of 11, it was clear that I was destined to be an orthodontist. On one sunny Saturday morning, I was riding my bike around my neighborhood, popping in and out of my mouth the space maintainer that I had worked to get loose for the third time in two weeks. Unfortunately, my tongue was playing with it so much, that I accidentally popped it out of my mouth onto the street. Only one car came by in the ten minutes that I was searching for it, but that one car was enough. It had flattened my space maintainer like a pancake. To my credit, after I found it, I went home, grabbed a pair of my fathers needle-nose pliers, and tried to rebend it so that it would fit back in my mouth. I was unsuccessful, but that one incident definitely started me on the path to a career in orthodontics. Every time I insert an appliance like the one I had that was smashed, it brings a smile to my face.

Mr S and his crew are always upbeat and happy ! The environment helps put patients at ease and feel secure. Mr S explains each procedure step as he's working along helping not only to comfort ( this helps my son with his anxiety) but to educate!! You can really tell he loves what he does and takes great pride In His profession!!

My son's teeth look gorgeous! Dr. Suffield and staff were always very positive and made trips to the orthodontist fun, if that can even be a thing! Very knowledgeable, gentle and willing to spend the extra time explaining the process. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing orthodontia!!!

They do their jobs fine but really have no patience with older clients such as I. They're the kind of place to say "come on you're too old to be acting like this" sorry if it's just me but i dont know anyone else who's gag reflex goes away because of their age. Again like I said, they did their jobs fine but the things they say make me not want to go back.

Awesome experience. I waited until I had completed my orthodontic treatment to write this review. It's a fun atmosphere. You're getting the best orthodontist in the region and a very kind, competent and hilarious staff. Ultimately the best thing though was the final result. I'm very happy with my teeth and bite. I couldn't chew food normally before because my teeth clanked together. But now I can eat like a normal person! Yay! Thanks guys

I had a complex case that required years of treatment. The team at Precision Orthodontics has always been a great balance of fun and professional. Dr. Suffield and the staff make each visit as fun and efficient as possible. They understood my long-term goals and made it easy to coordinate my cosmetic procedures with my dentist. I had the added bonus of being in network through my dental insurance and my out-of-pocket expenses seemed reasonable. I highly recommend the team!

You know it's an AWESOME practice when the conversation goes: "your braces are coming off next month! Are you excited??" "Yeah! Well... I'm gonna miss seeing Dr Suffield and his crew." I could not recommend them more. From the beginning, they've made my daughter so comfortable, and she still looks forward to her appointments. I'd give way more stars if I could.

Called to make an appointment and the receptionist took all my information in detail and then told me that they are just too busy to deal with my daughter who is currently using a retainer ... was hoping it would be better given that they have a 5 star rating.

Progress is moving along smoothly for our son. We enjoy his monthly visits. The appointments are almost always on time, well structured and well organized. Dr. Suffield and his team are relaxed, fun and patient focused. They create a positive and comfortable environment.
