Dr. Paolo Poidmore is a Sacramento-area native and graduate of Jesuit High School. After completing four years of undergraduate studies, four years of dental training, and 3 years of orthodontic training, Dr. Poidmore returned to his home town to start his career.
Dr. Poidmore received his bachelor of science degree from the University of San Diego in 2002. He then attended the University of Southern California where he received his dental degree in 2006, and finally he received his orthodontic specialty training under world-renowned orthodontist Dr. Anthony Gianelly at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Poidmores favorite aspect of orthodontics is the great variety of challenges presented by each individual patient and the detail and thought processes involved in determining the highest quality and most predictable outcome in each situation.
In his free time, Dr. Poidmore enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, BBQing, working out, going to church, studying theology, cooking, attending sporting events, and eating homemade Italian food! Dr. Poidmore and his wife were married in 2013.
Dr. Brian Crawford is a native of San Jose, California. He attended San Jose State University before being accepted to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. While attending dental school, Dr Crawford received one of five scholarships offered nationwide from the United States Air Force.
After graduating Cum Laude in 2000, Dr. Crawford was awarded a place in an Air Force Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Wichita Falls, TX. He finished at the top of his residency and was assigned to Beale AFB in Marysville, CA.
Upon completion of his commitment to the Air Force, Dr. Crawford and his wife decided to stay in the area. He then joined a Family and Cosmetic Dentistry office in Roseville as an associate dentist. During this time he took continuing education courses in orthodontics and started performing orthodontics in the office.
Dr. Crawford found immense enjoyment in orthodontics and considered it the ultimate in cosmetic dentistry. He decided he wanted to create beautiful smiles full-time and applied to the most competitive specialty in dentistry. He was accepted and graduated from the University of Colorado Orthodontic Residency Program. Upon completion of his residency, he and his wife returned to their home in Lincoln, CA.

Got braces today. I walked in with the worst anxiety! Jen walked me through everything she would be doing. Her kind voice and gentle touch helped my anxiety to disappear!! By the time she was 10 minutes into my procedure, my anxiety was completely gone and I was fully relaxed. All of the staff is super welcoming and reassuring. So happy I found Precision in Auburn. Thank you, to the Precision Family!

This place is amazing! They went above and beyond for my child and have altered there life for the better. The office environment is pristine and the employees are outstanding. It was truly a blessing that we came upon them and they took on our challenging case, and the end result is beyond imaginable. Thank you is just not enough we are forever grateful!

Precision is fantastic! Jen is the best, incredibly patient with the young kids. My daughter gets anxious for each appointment and Jen is always able to calm her nerves. My daughter now asks if the nice lady is going to work on her teeth before each appointment. And they also do great work, in just one year her teeth look great!

My experiences with precession Precision Orthodontics has been nothing but positive and professional. The staff is ready to assist, they are upbeat and up front with all their services. My two year Invisalign experience was long but Precision made it possible and pleasent. Highly recommend.

This was my first time at this office, I needed a new retainer because unfortunately my cats chewed up my old ones Jen took my mold and made my new set for me. She was sweet, quick, efficient, and professional! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back when needed :) thanks!

Great experience for my daughter. Very friendly staff, very clean and welcoming office. My daughter is on phase 2, and our insurance would not pay, so they gave an incredible discount with multiple payment options. Staff goes up and beyond to provide great service.

This office is full of kind and helpful staff. They fit you in right away when you have any concerns. Sara is the bright welcoming staff member who makes you feel so comfortable and taken care of. Jen is such a warm and helpful hygienist! I literally had 3 concerns and all of them were solved by the time I left! Dr. Tang is very funny and kind. This is a special orthodontist office! The incredibly helpful office staff quickly scheduled my son for a replacement retainer while on his college winter break. They make the retainer the same day so it's quick and convenient! I definitely recommend this orthodontist for quality care, timely service, and very helpful staff.

If I can give a million starts I sure would. Since going to start treatment the welcoming vibe is strong and still is their. Rosemary she is the best hands down. She is very understanding and has a big loving heart. Love you much for everything. The staff their is sooooooo amazing. I try and get everyone who I know that wants braces to come to precision orthodontics in Auburn. Y'all I can thank y'all all day long. I have everything positive to say when mentioning y'all. If I need y'all in the future I'll most definitely come back.
