Dr. Bulloch has been serving Southern Utah since 1994. He was born in St. George but grew up in Salt Lake City and Southern California. He lives here with his wife Stephanie and however many of his children happen to still be at home at the time.
Dr. Bulloch also holds several patents and has developed various techniques to improve the safety, reliability and precision of placement of dental implants as well as providing improved treatment options for difficult cases.
My favorite part of being a the nurse anesthetist here at Precision Implant and Oral Surgery is seeing patients come in that are nervous, and being able to put their mind at ease. When they wake up from their surgery, seeing how happy they are with the procedure already being all finished, and they missed the whole thing.

Dr. Bulloch is the best! He has removed wisdom teeth for two of my boys and now my grandson, and it went so smoothly, they had no bruising or swelling. Highly recommend him! His staff is wonderful!

I had a sinus lift and and an implant this morning. Dr. Bulloch and his surgical staff are excellent. The procedure was explained to me in detail. I went under general anesthesia and when I woke up the procedure had been finished! The nurse took me to their recovery room and made me comfortable. She explained what to expect, how to treat the surgical site and walked my wife and I to our car. So far, so good! Thanks!

I had a wisdom tooth extracted today using local anesthesia. It was actually a painless experience. Everyone and everything about the office was very professional yet warm and concerned about me as a patient. Dr. Bullock was especially caring and had an exceptional bedside manner that put me at ease. They all made an uncomfortable situation into something that I could easily tolerate. I highly recommend Dr. Bullock and his staff for any dental/oral surgery procedure.

Staff very friendly and efficient. I did not see Dr Bullock but he spent time with my wife and explained everything to her about the surgery, recovery etc. and what to expect. Everything went well.

Dr. Bulloch and his entire staff give meaning to the term professional, but more importantly with a warm and human touch. The experience is as good a time as one can have while being operated on! The staff and healthcare professionals exude care and concern. While I would stop short of calling the visit "entertaining," I will say if you find yourself in need of oral surgery you will not find anyone better.
