The staff was extremely friendly from the first walk in the door. As I haven't been to a dental office in quite some time, they were very helpful in thoroughly explaining treatment options and nonjudgmental about how long ago I went to a dentist. I am very happy to find their office!

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful over the phone, as well as when we arrived. Also, we received an appointment the same day, which is a definite plus. My daughter was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and she said she felt very comfortable with Dr. Johnson and his entire staff. I was very impressed, especially for a first time appointment! I would definitely recommend Dr. Johnson!

I haven't been to the dentist in about 5 years, and this is the best experience I could've asked for. Everyone in the office is very thorough and kind! Josie did a really nice job at cleaning my teeth and was so kind. They made sure to provide me a treatment plan, costs, and scheduled me for those treatments. I was really nervous about going to the dentist after so long and it ended up being a really great appointment and I left today feeling so good about the way my teeth look after being cleaned properly.

Bianca, Sara, Dr. Johnson and the whole office staff have excellent service. Sara is a great hygienist who takes her time and Dr. Johnson is the best! This office seriously just does great work and it's a great experience every time! You will not be disappointed!!

First time visit to this office. I was welcome by the receptionist and provided new patients forms to fill out. I was immediately taken back to be seen by Heather. Dr. Joe was professional and courtesy. But the star of the show was definitely Heather. She provided top notck service. Had a great personality and kept me calm and peaceful. Thank you to the staff

I have always have wonderful experiences with the dentist Andrew Johnson and the staff at the Precision Family Dentistry of North Merced staff. Every time I go there for my appointments, they make me feel comfortable when I enter the office. I am deaf and they always provided me the access to communicate with them with writing notes between me and the dentist and staff. Everyone at the office is always friendly, understanding, welcoming and especially they have a lot of patience with me when we communicate through writing notes because they wanted me to know and aware of what is happening with my teeth, issues, and everything. I really appreciate Andrew and the staff very much that they gave a lot of time to make sure that I understand what is happening during my dentist appointments. I want to say thank you very much for make all of my appointments easier with the communication access that I needed. Thank you!! You and the staff are amazing team.
