Dr. Miller was born in Flagstaff, Arizona and grew up in the Verde Valley before moving to Tempe where he attended Arizona State University. After a 2 year church mission to Chile, Dr. Miller returned to finish his studies at Arizona State University. He graduated with a BS in Business Management and a minor in Spanish. During that time Dr. Miller met his wonderful wife Lori who grew up in the Chandler, AZ. Dr. Miller then attended Dental School at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Miller is excited about the field of dentistry and is always looking to improve his skills through various continuing education courses and staying current with developing technologies. He prides himself on personalized and caring dental treatment. He loves working to help people improve the function and esthetics of their smile.
Dr. Miller and his wife have two children. A daughter named Reese who is 4 and a son named Crew who was born in May 2013. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. In his free time he explores the outdoors and participates in activities such as hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding and camping. Dr. Miller also plays sports and is active in his church.
Dr. Jeremy Skinner was born and raised in Tempe, AZ. He earned his bachelor degree from Brigham Young University, where he met and married his lovely wife Hannah. Dr. Skinner studied dentistry at the University of Maryland College of Dental Surgery where he graduated in 2009. He and his family moved to Merced in July of 2017 and having been enjoying all the central valley has to offer.Dr. Skinner and his wife have 5 beautiful daughters, Madelyn, Molly, Hazel, Stella and Halle and one boy, Camden. Away from the practice, Dr. Skinner loves spending time with his family and playing sports of all kinds.
Dr. Skinner knows that many people dislike going to the dentist for various reasons. This is why he works hard to stay current on the newest technologies that make going to the dentist easier and more enjoyable. His goal is to make his patients feel comfortable being here and ensuring they have such a good experience that they want to tell their family and friends about it. Alda has over20 years experience in the dental field and brings a wide variety of knowledge and skills to our practice. She has worked as an assistant and front office team member,which gives her the unique ability to educate and help our patients understandtheir individual dentalplan.Alda takes the lead on dealing with insurance companies and insuring that our patients are well informed. In her time outside the office she enjoys reading, long walks and taking road trips. She is also very involved with her children in sports.
Martina has been working as a Registered Dental Assistant for over10 years. She is widely considered to be one of the nicest assistants in all the world. She brings a level of personalized care and attention that makes all our patients feel at home. Martina is trained and experienced in every type of procedure. She takes pride is making sure that the job is done right each and every time. Martina has two boys and a wonderful husband and enjoys spending time with her family.
Juanahas been working as a Registered Dental Assistant for over25 years. She is a wonderful assistant that loves what she does for a living. She brings a spirit of joy and happiness to work everyday.Juana is trained and experienced in every type of procedure. She makes every patient feel just how excited she is to make their smile beautiful. Juana is amazing at crafting and enjoys filling her time creating.

I've been going to Precision Family Dentistry of Merced for about three years now. First, when you walk in the office you are greeted by two friendly staff members which adds to the calm ambiance of the space. I never have a long wait time between checking in and being seen. The hygienists and Dr. Miller are also very nice and talk through what the plan for the visit is and provide options for any potential concerns/procedures. Most importantly I have rarely ever felt pain or uncomfortableness during any type of procedure. Great experience every time!

Dr.Miller.. he is so knowledgeable...he has the state of the art facility.. newest most modern procedures, technologies, equipment and the greatest staff..so friendly polite nice and accommodating.. Jasmine, Angelica, in the front office. Veronica the dental hygienist.... the best.. I am always happy and satisfied whenever I go to see them there to get the highest level of quality in every single thing . I am very picky when it comes to health care providers. I strongly recommend Precision Family Dentistry.. they are if not the Best one of the best...I truly think so. Go see for yourself, you won't regret it..

Dr. Miller told me he needed to grind off 2 more crowns to install a bridge. The dentist in Arkansas already prepped 8, 9,10. It was ready to have a casting made. I moved back to California. The temporary fell off when I was in Hemet. The dentist there asked me if I wanted temporary glue again or permanent glue. I should have told him permanent glue. So the dentist in Arkansas said that number eight and number 10 were sufficient to hold in the bridge. The dentist in Hemet said that number eight and number 10 were sufficient to hold in the bridge. Dr Miller just wanted to charge me $4,000 to have number 11 and number seven ground off.

I can't say enough great things about Precision Family Dentistry. I found Dr. Skinner while searching for a new dentist since the one I found before him was money hungry, with a high pressure sales mentality. Dr. Skinner and his staff are the most honest, friendliest people in the business. I always have an amazing experience there. When you walk in you're greeted with attentive and friendly office staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Skinner's for a few years now and have been experiencing some issues with an old root canal that I had done prior to being his patient. Occasionally I experience discomfort in my gum area right under that tooth and today I woke up with that same discomfort. I called their office this morning to see if they could see me urgently for an assessment, and they did. Angelica was able to offer me a consult in the afternoon and when I went in, as always I was greeted by their friendly staff and was brought to the back really quickly. Juana took my X-ray very carefully, and Dr Skinner came into the room, completed his assessment, prescribed me an antibiotic and went over my referral options. He is really kind and gives amazing quality patient care! I was on my way home in less than an hour and was very happy to have been in and out, although I could stay there all day talking to their amazing staff! There was another gal in the front desk who also talked to me about my referral and Out of Area specialist options, and she was also super helpful! Precision Family is and has been my favorite dental office. When it comes to dental care, customer care, and office appearance they are the best. I always recommend them to family and friends!
