I had a root canal reinfection and was referred to Precision Endodontics by my general dentist. I was super nervous since the first root canal was not pleasant and I had a lot of sensitivity. Dr. Urzua was wonderful! He was patient and listened to me about my concerns. He provided clear communication and recommendations after the diagnosis. Procedure was painless and the team gave me detailed guidance for post-op medication and checked-in to make sure there was no pain after surgery. Thanks for making this second root canal painless, Precision Endodontics!

I needed a root canal and was in so much pain. It was so nice that everyone at Precision Endodontics were incredibly pleasant and professional. It made the experience painless. I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of their services.

My root canal procedure was completely painless and easy. The office staff makes everything so simple. Overall a stress free process from beginning to end. Hopefully I won't be needing anymore root canals, but if I do this will hands down be where I go.

Hi I had to have a root canal on July 18th and I was very nervous because of past horrible experiences with dental work. However from the time I walked in all the staff did their best to assure me that they were the best and I would not feel a thing, but of course I didn't believe them! Let me tell you, they were telling the truth! I did not feel any pain from the shot all the way throughout the procedure! Dr. Uzman was asking me the entire time checking if I was ok and making sure I didn't feel pain. I am so amazed and impressed and told my family about them and now they are looking to go there! I recommend them to anyone and if I could give them 10 stars I would! Sincerely Danette Mason

I was shocked by how easy and almost enjoyable an experience I had! The staff and Dr. Urzua are professional, warm and knowledgeable. The whole process was easier than getting a filling. It literally took 20 ish minutes and I was fine. No drama, no difficulties - I just went on with my day. They also called the next day to check in. There is no need to dread a root canal if you go to Precision Endodontics. You cannot go wrong with these folks!

Received a referral from my dentist to go and see Dr. Urzua at Precision Endodontics for a second opinion. Andrea at the front was very nice and easily scheduled my appointment with many options available. Completed online forms before arrival to make things easier. When arrived at the office, staff was very friendly and explained all administrative process as well as consultation flow. Completed all required scans and after the review Dr. Urzua explained my options with suggestion to redo work on only one tooth. I appreciated the honest opinion and agreed to undergo a procedure following the consultation. Dr. Urzua was gentle and a real professional and I felt no pain or discomfort at all. I was amazed! I would highly recommend Precision Endodontics and Dr. Urzua for your root canal needs!

Great experience! My first root canal in life and everything went so smoothly. Almost no pain at all during the whole procedure and after. Dr Oh was so gentle, calm and patient. The very next day the little "pain" was gone without any pain medicine! I would definitely recommend Precision Endodontics to everyone. Also the stuff on front desk are AMAZING! Thank you for everything!

The team at Precision Endodontics did an OUTSTANDING job from finding a time the same day for emergency work, to the intake procedure and forms, to explaining the charges and the actual work by Dr. Urzua and his staff. One of my most pleasant dental experiences ever! Thank you for doing such a great job! I can't speak more highly of them!

I don't even know where to begin. This was the BEST experience I have ever have. I was terrified of coming in and getting my first root canal. The staff was phenomenal!! I felt like family when I was there. The root canal itself was painless! The worse part was just having my mouth open for so long. If I could send everyone I know there I would!!

This was my first time visiting Dr Urzua as I was referred to him from my dentist to do a root canal. The front desk ladies are fantastic and made every effort to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. Dr. Urzua was cordial and relaxed. He explained exactly what he was going to do and made me feel comfortable. He took 3 xrays....before, after and a final xray when the filling was completed. I could see exactly how it looked when I came in and the end result. What a difference! Its too bad he is only an endodontist because I would want him for my general dentist. This is a wonderful place to be referred to.

Outstanding!! I've been in so much pain and my dentist referred me to Precision Endodontics. My first impression was when I called in and the receptionist was exceptionally sweet and patient cause I really couldn't even talk. But she calmly understood my situation, and schedule me the same day. From that moment I felt I was in good hands which I wasn't wrong cause when I arrived in the office I was treated with such kindness. Dr. Urzua was professional & skillful. He listen to my issues and gave me his treatment plan and he was able to do my treatment that same day. After Dr. Urzua treated my tooth, I was able to leave with no pain. Plus, I received a call from the receptionist the next day to see if I was doing well. Amazing! My sincere gratitude to Dr. Urzua and his receptionist. I highly recommend Precision Endodontics.

This was one of the most money hungry experiences I've ever encountered for dental work. I was informed of what I would have to pay upon entering the office before receiving a consultation. After my consultation, I was informed of my dental care costs while in the examination chair. I felt my credit card was their priority. I've never been in a dental office where money was more a topic of conversation than patient comfort and treatment. I have dental insurance but their procedures with a patients dental insurance was completely unprofessional.

Although root canals are not a fun experience, everyone at this practice helped me to understand the procedure and helped to keep me calm and comfortable. This is a great endodontic practice and I would highly recommend them to everyone because of their professionalism and courtesy.

Andrea/Taylor are fantastic and always make my appointments go smoothly with out issue. They always remind me of my upcoming appointments and call me the day after to check on me. Trust me, I have a LOT of work done by Precision and the care standard only gets better. I wouldn't recommend any other Endodontist but Dr Urzua. He handles me with care and I never have any pain during the procedure or after. His support staff is 2nd to none. 5 Stars all around.
