Worst experience I have had with a dentist in my entire life. Completely rushed without treatment options, combined with misleading quotes that result in surprise 2x increases in costs. (All in a 1 afternoon visit). Seems like they started off well, but have been falling off on the reviews. I tried to have a conversation with the Dr. about being the primary point of contact for their customers, being our advocates, and helping us navigate the cost and insurance that make health care so much fun. I have had good dentists and only switched because of a move, back on the lookout for a good one.

This was my first appt and Dr Claire Wayson was the best dentist I've ever had. That's saying a lot since I'm in my 60s. She was patient, kind, gentle and professional. Thank you Dr Wayson!

This dentist office is one of a kind, with the utmost best patient services. I don't think I've encountered a front office staff that is genuinely friendly, kind and welcoming. Most other places hire people who greet you as if reading from a script, and the fakeness is obvious. I've also been to other places where they call you incessantly to confirm an appointment when you've already done just that. Here, things are done via text and online, and it is unobtrusive and convenient. This office is unique in the wonderful ways they treat you. Also, the place is bright and light when you are sitting in the patient's chair to get your teeth done. You can just tell that this is a well-run place, and everyone knows their duties. Dr. Gol is fantastic, and I actually look forward to my dental visits. Everyone who works here is 5-star caliber. I've also had emergency tooth issues, and they've never had an issue fitting me in on their schedule. And also importantly, there is little to no wait time at all when you arrive. Superb all around! I wish other businesses could be as great as this dental office.

"Eternally" grateful I am to Dr. Javod Gol and his staff for the expedience of capturing my concern of a broken tooth on a Saturday morning! I spoke with Dr. Gol directly, and was able to be in office within a 2 hour window, after being forced to make a Tuesday morning appointment in Montgomery County because most dentist are unavailable to serve anyone during the weekend. Felecia and Cydney were most hospitable and friendly. The atmosphere was delightful and I was surprised that they all were willing to stay onboard even if I chose to have a full root canal!

Dr.Gol and his team are exceptional. They provide customer service excellence in everything they do. I am afraid of dentists and he is extremely patient and gentle. He really makes you feel at ease. So glad I found the Precision Team

UPDATE: While I still say that the office staff and hygienists are awesome and scheduling and forms are super-easy online, the most important thing about going to the dentist is that my teeth are taken care of. When Dr. Gol replaced some of my fillings, he filed down my actual molar, causing pain and sensitivity in that tooth and a significant gap between my back teeth. When I went back to get it fixed, he told me that there was nothing wrong with my tooth at all but offered to add more filling material if I insisted, which of course didn't actually solve the problem. My tooth is still so sensitive that I can't chew on that side at all or even floss between that tooth and the next one without pain. I have found a new dentist to fix the problem and will not be returning to Precision. I recommend that if you need anything more than a cleaning, you seek dental care elsewhere. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Came for the efficient online scheduling & forms, staying for the super-friendly & knowledgeable people! Easily the best dental experience I've had since I was a kid & got to pick from the dentist's prize box. Especially appreciated the hygienist (I'm so sorry, can't remember your name but you're awesome!) explaining some of the instruments, what to expect, and what she was doing as she went along...really helped make me feel more comfortable!

Not coming back here ever again. Was told at my last appointment last year that I had 10 cavities, yes, 10 cavities, and would have to pay an excessive amount of money just to get them filled. I obviously did not get any of them filled because I just couldn't believe I had that many. I went to see another dentist who told me I only had one cavity that needed to be filled, but wasn't even a big cavity. Whatever they tell you here, try and get another dental office to take a look at your teeth because this place tried to take my money for 10 non-existent cavities.

I really liked Dr. Gol, he was always pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. My two star review has nothing to do with him. After reviewing an explanation of benefits from my insurance I saw that I should have paid 48.80, not 128.80 like I had been charged up front. So I called to figure out if there was a credit on my account, which there was not. Later Christine gave me a call and insisted that what they charged me was accurate because insurance doesn't cover a specific code they bill. So I contacted my insurance asking about the code and was informed they actually DO cover it! Not to mention they never even bothered billing that code to my insurance in the first place to receive a denial, they just charged me out of pocket for it. Once that was figured out, I receive a bill through text about two missed appointment fees, I had been told previously that one had been written off since it was my first time but I had to pay the second one. Which I was fine with, I couldn't help I was exposed to covid and then later on tested positive for it. But I guess because I found a billing error that missed appointment fee is no longer written off. That's no way to treat a patient. If you made a billing error, that's not my fault. Christine had no reason to be rude and then act like a child over it, un-writing off a missed appointment fee. Had the error just been looked into and fixed I'd probably still be going back there. I'm sad to loose a good dentist over a billing error.

My family and I have tried a few dental practices in the last few years. We finally found a practice where we feel comfortable and enjoy visiting. The staff is friendly and kind. No surprises with billing. Very professional practice. They offer many different services with great rates. I recommend this practice to everyone.
