He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Moon moved to Anchorage, Alaska, and practiced full time as a general dentist for several years, thus gaining broad experience in all fields of dentistry. When his daughter was born, he and his family moved to Palatine to be near his wifes family.
