Dr. Goates completed his dental education at Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry, where he graduated clinically in the top 10 in his class. Dr. Goates graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry & Spanish.
Dr. Van Dyke attended Weber State University and graduated with bachelors in Clinical laboratory Science. She then chose to continue her studies to become a dentist at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.

Dr. Goates was raised in Utah and settled with his family in Arizona to enjoy the sun. He and his wife have been married for 24 years and have five children. He enjoys spending time with them, attending sporting events, golfing, slaloming & most things outdoors. He is an avid University of Utah fan and so is the family.
Dr Van Dyke shares our strong ethical approach to patient care and agrees with our emphasis on high quality dentistry. She truly believes in the importance of continuing education and is currently obtaining education in Botox administration for TMJ pain related patients and Dermal fillers for added cosmetic esthetics.
