Wonderful experience overall. The front desk was very friendly as they welcomed me into the office right away and the dental staff as a whole made me feel so comfortable with how caring they all were. I get really bad anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Steinberg ,her dental assistant Kim, and hygienist Liz were very understanding and made me feel less anxious during my visit . The exam was very thorough as she addressed and explained all my concerns to me . She is a very patient, gentle and caring doctor and I could not be happier with my results. I highly recommend everyone to go here!

I am a first time patient at Precision Dental, but in my 2 recent visits, I have been greatly impressed by the level of care and detail offered by their office. My only wish is that I could have visited them sooner. Many thanks to Dr. Steinberg, Kim, Cindy, Irma, Liz, and Caitlyn. The best and most coordinated team of professionals I've ever had.

I want to express how genuinely pleasant my visit was at Dr. Steinberg dental office. Upon calling to ask if the office accepted new patients and feeling so comfortable with Cindy the receptionist which was ultimately my decision to make the appointment. She originally scheduled me for the end of month as they were booked. However , minutes later she called me back to fit me in much earlier than I expected due to a cancellation. When I entered the office, it was clean, neat, and welcoming. The doctor sat with me from 3:45ish until 5:15 as she does with any new patient. She asked me questions , did my cleaning, checked my teeth and was as gentle as anyone could be. I am thoroughly impressed with how homey and excited to have come across a great facility for me and my family. Thank you so much to the faculty and staff .

Great dentist and all staff. Everybody was nice and quick. No waiting between procedures. everybody was nice. Even the price was cheaper than anyone in Westchester county.

An amazing experience! Cindy, Kim and Dr. Steinberg we're quite a team and it was the most in-depth "first" dental appointment I have ever been to. Cindy is the sweetest receptionist I have ever met, Kim was very kind and patient taking my X-rays and assisting Dr. Steinberg with the cleaning and Dr. Steinberg was wonderful! I try to do most if not all of my business in Fishkill, and I will recommend Dr. Steinberg to everyone!!

Dr Steinberg and her lovely team do a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable and well-informed throughout your visit. As an extremely nervous patient, I appreciate this. Do not use this dentist. Terrible services all around. I went for a routine cleaning today, and it was a constant string of bad experiences. First, after showing up on time, they did not start my cleaning for 25 minutes. During that time I sat in an empty waiting room, and watched the entire front office laugh and have a good time with the dental staff. No one was working to make the appointment happen at the scheduled time. Once I finally got in the chair, 25 minutes after my start time, the dental hygienist pushed the suction tube back into my throat so far that I gagged. I had remembered something like this happening at the last appointment I had here, so I requested that they be a bit gentle as I have a slightly touchy gag reflex. Her response was to shoot a massive amount of topical anesthetic into my mouth, so much so that even now, well after my appointment, I still cannot feel my tongue or gums. Following that excessive numbing, the dental hygienist proceeded to take x-rays with the film pushed so far back in my mouth that I was gagging AGAIN, having warned her about this specific problem at the previous visit. The dental hygienist then started the cleaning which went very long, and was so woefully inadequate that when the dentist came in to look at the dental hygienist's work, she made a comment that she would basically have to "start from scratch again." At that point the dental hygienist put my X-Rays up on the screen for the dentist to look at, except that they weren't my X-Rays, but another patients, with that other patient's name and information displayed on the screen. The dental hygienist had put my x-rays in someone else's digital file, which took several minutes to fix. When she was done fixing the x-ray filing problem, I mentioned to the dental hygienist (who was getting ready to leave) that she had not done the polishing portion of the cleaning. She then did the polishing extremely hurriedly, in less time than I spend brushing my teeth at home. At this point the dentist comes back in, having been distracted by other patients, proceeds to look in my mouth and say that 'because the dental hygienist did an inadequate job, I would need to either stay longer, or schedule another appointment. As we were already a half hour over the scheduled appointment time I decided to leave. On my way out the door, the front desk charged me north of $300 for this terrible service, and was shocked when I said I would not be returning for another $300 terrible appointment. I will not return to this dentist. There are many other good dentists in the area. Avoid this one.
