After the first few years ofpracticing dentistry in her own dental practice, Dr. Crouse realized that there wasdefinitelysomething missing in the realm of dental care. As she continued to grow her practice she continued to meet patients that unfortunately did not understand the basics of oral health. These were smart people who had made an effort to go to see their other dentist regularly and still had noresolution for their problems. They believed that tooth loss, pain and bleeding gums were inevitable. Some patients wanted to improve their smile and had been told no, it wasnt necessary. Dr. Crouse realized that the issue was that most dental care was not focused around the patient, it was focused around the dentist. She decided to create a patient centric practice where each case wastreated differently based on the needs of the patient. The goal of her dental practice is to provideexceptional care with uncompromisingquality andattention to detail. Not everybody needs a full mouth reconstruction, some patients just want to be pain free. Not everybody needs 10 veneers. Some people need 12 and somepeople can get away with 6. No cookie cutter treatment here! Thatswhat concierge dentistry is about!

As soon as I walked in, they greeted me right away with a mimosa!! The entire office was beautiful and clean, and everyone was so nice! Definitely the best dentist I've been to:)

Update 06/21/2022: I was able to get a hold of them and they were very welcoming to the feedback I had to the issues in communication and things has been good again. I've had two appointments now and I have had no issues with them or the communication on their new system. Def will keep coming through to these guys <3 Updated Review 05/02/2022: Customer service side of things seems to have fallen pretty hard after the past year or so. Started Invisalign trays with them and I've been stuck on week 10 for well over 4 months as I have not been able to get a hold them at all through phone calls or text messages (which their call in system recommends). At this point, the plastic in the tray is wearing down and is cutting my tongue a bit. They did text me once during that time and told me that the delays was from them moving their systems to the cloud. That's been almost 2 weeks and they had gone quiet again that day after I asked about getting an appointment set up. At this point, another dentist near my house recommended that I try to get a refund through Invisalign as it's been so long and see treatment else where. Old Review from 2019: Been with this them for over a year. They have been always honest and completely open with me and aren't afraid to give me some encouragement if I slack off a little bit as well.

Precise Dental of Houston is an amazing place. They always make you feel welcomed. Sheena is amazing. She makes sure you understand everything and answer every concern. Dr. C is the best dentist. This is the best dental office I've been to. The staff is really respectful, polite, and answer all of your questions. I liked it so much, I told my girlfriend and brother to switch to Precise Dental of Houston. Plus, every time I come a get a nice bag of goodies including infused water! : )

Love Precise Dental! My son is so afraid to go to the dentist normally but as soon as we pull up since our last two experiences were so good here he's excited for his cleaning and even other minor procedures! Thank you to the staff and doctors for being why! It's also such a gorgeous office!
