I am very happy with the services I've received from Precious Smiles Family Dentistry! From the front office staff, to the hygienist and doctor, each step of my service is ALWAYS positive and top notch! My time is precious and valuable to me and I love the timely service I get every single time. I have referred a lot of people here and I know of five who now go to this practice... they all feel the same way! Do not hesitate to call them and make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

My family and l have visited Precious Smiles several times, the staff is always super friendly, helpful and courteous. The establishment is very clean, up-to-date equipment and parking is plentiful. I'd recommend Precious Smiles to anyone.

Everyone from front office to hygienist to dr was so kind. Myself and 2 kids go every 6 months. They are fast but yet very efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Looking for a positive and helpful environment? This is the place to be. Environment and staff were very friendly and professional. The front desk staff were exceptional with communication and eager to help. Dr. McGregor was great! She has a heart for educating her patients and making sure they walk away with a pleasant experience. Insurance was communicated and explained thoroughly before hand. I had a very enlightening experience. I Am happy I made the decision to go with Precious Smiles!

Precious Smiles is definitely a five star experience from the time you enter the clean, spacious lobby until you check out. The location is superb, right next to Madison Hospital in a modern building with plenty of parking. Their staff is second to none in how they show respect, concern and kindness to the customer. The dentist is Precious - yes, that's her name! and she is totally top notch in all respects including care, integrity and compassion. The office handles appointments and insurance matters very well without the hassles. I highly recommend this practice.

One of the friendliest clinics I've ever been to. Thorough, thoughtful, gentle and as a special perk, my hygienist gently hums while she cleaned my teeth. I highly recommend, so be sure to get on their roster anytime they are accepting new patients!
