Dr. Pranati Tati is from Mechanicsburg and is a graduate of Boston University. After graduation, she went on to do General Practice Residency (GPR) where she had the opportunity to serve the under served at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA. She has been in Mechanicsburg since and has been practicing in the area for over 10 years. Outside of dentistry she spends time with her 2 kids.
A warm smile is the universal language of kindness. Being a strong believer in the quote by William Arthur Ward, Dr. Pranati G Tati brings a big smile with her. She brings her skills with a smile to serve the people of Carlisle and Camp Hill and is known for being gentle and playful with kids.
Not giving up her quest for knowledge, she has been actively taking courses to keep herself updated on the latest developments in this field. Dr. Tati has completed over 500 hours of continuing education and was awarded Fellowship with the Academy of General dentistry.
Kirsta graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2017 with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She continued on to get her Bachelors Degree in Health Policy and Administration to expand her opportunities and become a clinical instructor at a dental hygiene program facility in the future. She is from Mifflintown, PA located in Juniata County. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends, as well as exploring the outdoors such as hiking.
Cindy began her dental career as an orthodontic assistant. She decided to further her education in dentistry and graduated from Allegany College of MD as a registered dental hygienist. She has a back ground in orthodontics, periodontics and general dentistry. She is also licensed to administer local anesthetics to her patients. She has volunteered for Dentistry from the Heart and Convoy of Hope on many occasions.
Cindy provides quality, compassion and comfort to her patents. She enjoys working as a team with her patients to provide personalized information they will need to keep smiling for a life time. She connects to her patients on a personal level so there is always laughter coming from her room. In her spare time she enjoys the company of her family, volunteering at church, volunteering with Dentistry From the Heart and volunteering with Convoy of Hope. She enjoys traveling, and at times you will find her 90 feet deep in the Caribbean Scuba diving with a camera in hand.
Debbie has been a Dental Assistant for more than 20 years. About 10 years ago she furthered her education at Keystone Technical Institute and received her license as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). She loves the opportunity to get to know & interact with all of her patients. Debbie brings a level of energy, compassion & commitment that she hopes will make your visit less stressful & more satisfying. Her favorite part of being an EFDA is seeing the results that cosmetic dentistry can provide to patients.
Outside the office she works at the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) part time as a clinical instructor for the Expanded Function Dental Assisting program. Debbie loves spending time with family and friends. She truly enjoys doing all things outdoors, especially traveling to the beach.
Jessica Marbach is the billing and insurance coordinator at Precious Smiles Children & Family Dentistry in Carlisle and Camp Hill, Pennsylvania where she manages patient insurance and the monthly billing including the daily processing of dental claims to the insurance companies.
Jessica has worked for several major dental insurance companies in the past totaling 8+ years in the insurance industry. This experience helps the dental office to ensure proper estimations of copays and accurate claims filing to the insurance companies on a daily basis. Jessica has also had over 18 years of working in the customer service field where she has had time to hone her skills to shape her into a successful associate in her chosen industry.
Jessica enjoys playing her piano and singing in her spare time. She was a music major in college where she studied classical voice and piano at Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana. She also enjoys baking where she can allow her creative side to shine through in the decorating of her sweets and treats which her family loves to sample. Jessica is a local resident of Carlisle, Pennsylvania where she resides with her husband Wallace and family cat, Logan, who loves attention and demands daily belly rubs.

We are transparent about the cost of treatment and savings at our office as we believe in sharing cost information with you before we start the treatment. We understand that many patients simply do not have dental insurance, and as such we have specials and an in-house dental plan for our non-insured patients.
In addition to the relevant training and qualifications you would expect from the dental professionals we employ, a full quality care management system is run in the office. Constantly reviewing our procedures and practices helps to maintain the highest levels of care throughout our entire operation.

Great dentist. Very understanding, great communicators and overall excellent work. My husband went there for some overdue work he avoided due to previous bad experiences and the dentist and her assistant completed excellent work while helping him feel comfortable throughout. We don't normally write reviews but they deserved it. Thank you

I had a major fear of visiting the dentist. I put it off and put it off but finally found this place right around the corner from my house. Everyone in this office put me at ease and I left wondering why I was so scared in the first place. They are friendly, respectful and explain everything they're doing and why. They paid attention and made sure I was comfortable. I could not be happier and will recommend this office to everyone I know. Thank you ladies!

Billing department here is a nightmare. I got two fillings here probably 5 years ago that my insurance should have taken care of. About once a year since then I received a bill in the mail, and every year I have to call and try and get them to take care of it. They always give me the run around and tell me to contact my insurance(not even my insurance anymore) and get them to send the check. The insurance company has tried to send a check a bunch of times but apparently they dont have the updated address. It seems to me that the solution to the problem would be for Lifetime Dental to call the insurance company and give them the new address, but instead they tell me it's taken care of when it isn't. Like clockwork I receive the same bill in the mail about once a year and have to go through the same process every time. (I just got the bill again today which is why I decided to write this since it's Saturday and they are closed)

The dentists there are super friendly. I've never had any dentist ask me if I was okay, or needed anything as much as they did. Which helped a lot! Super grateful to go to a dentist that is so caring!

Dr. Toddy is super nice and very compassionate. My husband had a stroke a year ago and was in need of dental care. His situation presented some special challenges. She was very patient and understanding in working with him assisting him with the mobility issues that presented as a result of the stroke. She is always very concerned about the experience her patients have at Precious Smiles.

The dentist and hygienists are wonderfully caring and thorough. They are very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing and why. The staff as a whole is very approachable. The office is very clean and they use the latest technology. I would definitely recommend Lifetime Dental to anyone in need of a great dentist!
