As members of the Montgomery, Prattville, and Pike Road communities, we believe deeply in the value of giving back to the community. Our office has participated in a variety of local events, from sponsoring childrens sports teams to gifts to local charities.
From the moment patients walk through the door, theyll immediately begin to get a sense of the qualities that make Montgomery, Prattville & Pike Road Pediatric Dentistry & Family Orthodontics different.
We aim to help each child feel comfortable in our office. Our pediatric dentists are specially trained in behavior guidance to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and child-friendly. We understand that each child may have a different comfort level for visiting the dentist, and we are well trained to handle anxiety and turn it into enjoyment! For us, the comfort of children is truly one of the keys to our success which is why we have child-sized chairs, exciting office decor, and other elements that theyll certainly be enamored with.
Likewise, its important to note that our efforts to help our community dont begin and end in our offices. We also regularly visit local preschools with the Tooth Fairy, for example, to help young children get comfortable with the idea of going to the dentist as early on in their life as possible. We also sponsor schools throughout the area and participate in a number of unique charity events.
I love baseball and soccer. My favorite trip so far was to Colorado in the summer with my husband and two children. Sometimes Nancy in Accounting shows up instead, and shes really picky about invoices.
I collect milk glass and have over 40 pieces; hobnail is my favorite! If I could have any superpower, it would be to speak any language so I could connect with anyone in the world. My family is The Bailey Bunch, similar to The Brady Bunch!
I have been a part of this practice for 38 years- longer than any practicing doctor! I met my husband in kindergarten- we were high school sweethearts and have been married for 42 years! I have one daughter and one granddaughter.
I am happily married with two baseball loving boys. I joined this practice when I was 17 years old- I wont tell you how long Ive been here! I could get rid of every TV in my house and not miss them. I love to listen to music and read!
My side hustle is designing flower arrangements for various events, including many MPDO employee weddings. I work hard so my cats can have a better life. I started working at the practice the same day as Dr. Davis, 13 years ago.
Im married to the guy Ive been with since I was 14. High school sweethearts! Im a mom to a precious little boy and a dog mom to three Labrador Retrievers. I started in the dental field a few weeks after I graduated high school in 2013.
In addition to being a Registered Dental Hygienist, I have a bachelors degree in psychology and I am a certified teacher. I am a mom of two boys, one girl, two dogs, one cat, and a leopard gecko. My favorite things in the world are a cup of (iced or hot) coffee and any body of water.
I am engaged to my best friend. We are getting married October 2022. I am a dog mama to the sweetest fur baby named Willow. During my free time you can find me working out at Orange Theory Fitness or some body of water.
Working with our practice was the first job I wanted as a kid & as a young adult. My younger sisters & I are 19 and 17 years apart, while my brother & I are only 3. I spend my free time traveling & hanging out with my best furry friend, Bentley.

We had an amazing experience with Dr. Davis and his hygienist, Allie! Dr. Davis was very sweet and extremely gentle with my 2 year old.

It's very inviting, they have a wonderful staff, and it's very clean. Natalie Caro has been so patient with my daughter when she (Natalie) is doing or assisting with the cleaning and inspection of the teeth.

Nice office. My son likes the waiting room. I don't like that we don't see the dentist to discuss the care plan. They come get my kid, take him to the back, and the dentist never comes out. You can talk to him (if you want to wait for him to finish seeing all his patients first. It just makes sense to talk to the parents as you go along. Imagine taking your child to the pediatrician and only taking to the nurse. Doesn't make sense to me.

The staff does not pay enough attention to their patients. They are always talking about their personal lives while attending to one's teeth. My dentist hurt my mouth with her tools because she's too busy talking to the other dentists. My brother also experienced this same situation. I hope they fix this problem by my next appt. there.

I love this dentist office! I have a special needs child and everyone is very patient with him. Natalie is my son's hygienist and she is the absolute best! All of the staff are great and caring!

Great customer service. The dentist was very personable. My toddler child was never strapped down into a papoose and treated like an object. Great place to take your kids.

I do not agree with any business that refuses to communicate with the PARENT REGARDING A MINOR CHILD. For any business to threaten a parent with calling DHR simply because they refuse to let them treat or see a child is pathetic. Parents have the right to be with them if they choose to do so. I never went back to them. When my daughter was called back she refused to go without me. When we got to the back we could hear a boy screaming so loud and saying Please stop you are hurting me. He was being restrained by some sort of thing into the chair so he couldn't move. The dentist looked at my daughters mouth and said they could remove the one tooth. He never offered any other solutions. They told me they simply have ways to be able to pull them out if the child isn't going along with the plan. They never offered anything other than that or sending her to be put to sleep. Never offered to put a spacer in after the removal or anything. I was very uncomfortable and so was my daughter. Please read reviews before taking any child to any doctor or dentist. Children that are traumatized by the dentist at a young age grow up to be adults that are to scared to get treatment.

Always a great experience for my boys! I love that the doctors and the staff create a atmosphere that is fun and happy for children. I especially want to thank the doctors for creating a little slideshow that was funny and entertaining and put smiles on our faces! Thanks for creating joy in your clinic. Everyone needs joy! The turtles in there lobby are not properly cared for which is considered animal neglect and can be criminally charged. In my opinion if they can't be trusted to properly care for animals I would never trust them with children.

Doesn't allow parents to accompany children and did not inform parents until parent arrived to the appointment. Did not verify child's medical conditions prior to undertaking dental care. Texted parent asking for a reviews multiple times despite parent already informing them of concerns and leaving review, to include contacting parent on Christmas morning. Generally just a tone deaf, irresponsible practice. Will not be going back.

We have had great experiences with Smiles by Us. Our 3 children are comfortable with the staff who are always kind and gentle even when one of ours is scared and uncooperative at times.The staff are very thorough in explaining what was done and how they did. We would definitely recommend this practice. We have just started the orthodontist side of this practice and only have excellent things to say about them too!

I seriously recommend rehoming these turtles to a wildlife rehab/rescue. Very visibly malnourished and likely beginning to develope metabolic bone disease due to your office neglecting them. You don't have any heat source, no water heater, no uvb, no heat lamp, not NEARLY enough water (they need 10 gallons of water per inch of shell-EACH), not to mention the filtration is awful so its likely these turtles are sitting in a pool of their own waste, you have gravel that can lead to very serious health problems, it is thought that they also have fungal infections which is probably due to the dirty enclosure, there's decor that is literally discolored because of improper cleaning regimens. My heart hurts to think of the water parameters these turtles are being kept in. I can't even imagine what their feeding schedule is, but I can confidently say that if you dont know to have a heat source and uvb, you definitely don't have the proper diet either. And to top it all off, housing this many turtles together in this tiny of a space is incredibly dangerous. They are solitary creatures that WILL form a hierarchy of dominace, causing the others to suffer from bullying and stress, as well as injuries that could be life threatening. You are already seeing signs of dominance from them stacking while basking, this is a form of competition and isn't cute. There is not one part of your husbandry of these turtles that is proper. I would NEVER bring my children to an office that neglects animals. How could you possibly be trusted with children when you can't handle taking care of the turtles you CHOSE to put in your lobby???

The aquatic turtle tank in the lobby is very far from the standard husbandry. These poor turtles are not even close to being cared for properly.

My kids were new patients & had cleanings done. That was the first time my kids didn't complain about the cleanings afterwards. Both of the hygienists did a fantastic job on each kid. The dentist (Dr. John) & orthodontist (Dr. Frank), were very informative & friendly. Dr. Frank was gracious enough to take over my daughter's treatments for her braces, after just moving here. I don't foresee my kids being apprehensive about going to their appointments in the future. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a pediatric dentist or orthodontist!
