I have nothing but good things to say about this place the doctor does his best to be as fast as possible with precision and care. So much attention to detail and a light hand I definitely recommend this place to everyone family and friends included.

Honestly wish I could give negative stars. Please don't go here for wisdom teeth removal. The procedure was done with only local numbing and I was awake the whole time. Even numbed the drilling and scraping was horrible so of course I had a panic attack the whole time. He kept just kept saying relax and I wanted to punch him in the face. If I could relax I would of. After I was told to take 3 Advil for pain and that was it. I did notice a few things before I left: my top tooth was hooked, broken and had a chunk of gum attached. He was digging to get the broken part out too. I go home with very little relief from the Advil and week later my top incision was still in constant pain. I go back so they can check if food got stuck and I was told the top was basically healed. He crammed some nasty medication in it. It was hurting while he tried to stuff the medication in the tiny crack between the gum and tooth. It did give me some pain relief for the rest of the evening but the next day it hurt even worse and the bottom one was bugging me a few days after that. I was worried I got dry socket but since it was basically healed it couldn't be the sorce of pain. I still didn't get any pain killers and had to do online research on my own. Turns out he caused nerve damage and failed to mention that it most likely the cause for the pain. Luckily the hooked and broken tooth were on the top because I could of had permanent nerve damage with numbing and tingling of face or lips. It took 2 weeks for the pain to stop. I have gone back to take care of neglected cavities but I made it clear I'm going somewhere else for the other 2 wisdom teeth and made sure both staff and dentist knew it. Reading some other reviews I regret not doing research before coming here. I had a really bad infection from the wisdom teeth so I was more concerned about getting the pain to stop and getting the teeth out. Thinking back he should of prescribed pain medication instead or with the antibiotics. My jaw was literally locked and not going to lie the infection pain was worse the nerve damage. Save yourself from a lot of pain and don't come here. Go somewhere that puts you under and provides pain killers. Even those who would prefer to tough it if with Advil, trust me it's not worth it.

I have always feared the dental chair. I'm talking about tears running down my face over just simple x-rays at the age of 27 but Dr. Prasad and his assistants have eased that fear and always talk me through my procedure. I love this dental office! The front desk is so kind and very welcoming!

He has no bedside manner. I stopped taking my children to him years ago. He seems to treat everybody like cattle. That should have been my cue to stop going too. Instead, I waited til a poorly placed crown eventually caused my exposed nerve to get infected. Plenty of dentists out there to put up with this poor service and lack of professionalism. Good riddance!

I've been a patient of Dr. Prasad's for 20 years plus he has always been professional as well as patient with me and my children. Dr. Prasad caters to coward and has always been very patient with children. My kids have never been to any other dentist. The office is small and I love this because he's never in a rush and I always see him and him only! I love this entire office!!!!!

K.S. Prasad is extremely unprofessional and rude. He should never be allowed to treat children. My daughter went in for a cleaning and he did not care to make sure that her mouth was numb. After treating her with gas he tried to drill on her teeth. She was screaming in agonizing pain but continued to drill on her. I became frustrated and asked if he could try another method that would ensure that her mouth was numb. He rolled his eyes and decided to give numb her gums with injections. However, to my surprise, he did not even wait 5 minutes before drilling in her mouth again. My daughter was kicking and screaming and yelling out for in pain. He then began to snap at my daughter telling her was going to send her home if she didn't stop screaming. He actually stopped in the middle of the filling and said, " I cant eork on her. She's going to have to go home." Well, at that point I had enough. I expressed my concern that he didn't wait long enough for the numbing injection to work. Once the nurse stepped out he began to go on a rant telling that he has been in his practice for over 40 years and that I was just a disruptive parent. He must have thought that I was going to stay quite cause I sure did let him know that not only will I report him; I would also make it known that he shiuld never practice on children again.
