I came by after calling to ask if they can take me same day which they were able to! I have insurance that covers the X-rays and the normal cleaning, but not the full mouth debridement that I required. I asked for a discount and they helped me out which was nice. The doctor is nice, he took the time to explain everything and he's really friendly. The staff is nice too.

went to fix my tooth, waited for one and half hour to be seen and still they said to make an another appointment. not good service.

Dr. Prasad and his whole staff are great! Very friendly! They make you feel very comfortable and are there to help. Will definitely return.

I called last week because I was having a pain on one of my molars, the front desk asked me if the pain was bad they could see me that day but I told them I could handle it. They were very nice, the young lady I spoke with on the phone was really friendly, made me feel like family. On the day of my appointment I received a text message with a friendly reminder about my appointment which was cool because I had forgotten the exact time. They performed a full mouth x-ray and then Dr. Prasad came in to talk to me about my teeth. I have to be honest, I was nervous because I hadn't seen a dentist in almost 2 years because my last dentist wanted to pull my 4 front teeth out. Dr. Prasad was very detailed in explaining everything he had found on my x-rays and I was relieved to find out that I could keep my 4 front teeth because there was nothing wrong with them, I had 0 cavities and he told me and showed me where my toothache was originating from, all I needed was my cleaning and a filling. I was honestly happy after leaving the office. Dr. Prasad doesn't push anything on you, he doesn't pressure you into doing anything you don't want to do, he is very honest and very detailed when explaining your oral health. I am definately coming back. The staff is nice and friendly, Dr. Prasad is great and they are honest, this is the first office I've visited where I didn't feel like they were trying to get money out of my insurance.

Dr Prasad is the best dentist I've ever visited. He communicates exactly what you need and will never oversell you!! The office staff is very welcoming and will never embarrass you for less than stellar dental hygiene!! Thank you Dr Prasad!!

I went in for the very first time due to pain from a root canal today (keep in mind this was very last minute) and Dr. Prasad took me in. I was in severe pain and he went out of his way to treat me even though it was lunch time and his staff were not there. I found my new dentist! He is very gentle, caring and ethical. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Prasad and will refer all my friends and family to him. Very grateful!

I just wanted to say that I have had the best dental experience here at Dr. Prasad's office. His staff was very helpful and got me signed up for a great credit line so that I could get all the dental work I needed done. I walked in with a dental emergency and I was very nervous. Dr. Prasad and his friendly staff walked me through all the details and pricing for my case and even set me up with very low payments for all the work. I am very pleased with his work. I feel so much better with no more pain and I can honestly say my days of fearing the dentist are over. I really am pleased with his work and I hope that I never have to go anywhere else for a very long time. His staff is very friendly and help in any way they can to accommodate scheduling and any problems that may occur. I never felt forced or that I was being taken advantage of. Thank you Dr. Prasad!

Dr. Prased is very nice and friendly with his customers. I would like to thank him for being so patient with me . Other dentists that I have been to in the past always made it a issue about my smile because it is different from others . I didn't have a baby sitter so my 4 year old daughter came with me and she felt comfortable while waiting for me . Thanks again and you have a wonderful team in the office .

Went to Dr. Prasad with excruciating pain from a root canal a different dentist started. Dr. prasad was super kind and caring, he immediately knew what to do to help me with my pain. I would recommend 100% to anyone that is looking for a good dentist. Also, his office staff are really efficient.

Both myself and my dad are patients here and we have had excellent service. I hadn't been to the dentist in years before coming here because I had a severe fear of the dentist and I have Cerebral Palsy which means that it's physically hard for me to sit still and a lot of prior dentists didn't want to work with me because of it. Dr. Prasd helped me to get over my fear of my of the dentist he also listens to whenever I was hurting. I definitely recommend him especially if you or someone you know has a disability.
