Dr. Conlon is an active member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. She has completed additional training in Invisalign, laser treatment and endodontics, and continues to seek out more opportunities for advanced education in cutting-edge dentistry.
Outside of my life in dentistry, I enjoy traveling as much as possible. I especially love to try out new restaurants and cuisines in every new place I visit. My husband and I also enjoy biking around the extensive, beautiful bike trails found in the Des Moines area. And of course, we always look forward to cheering on the Hawkeye football and basketball team (except when they play Wisconsin; my husband and I have a friendly rivalry at home while I cheer on the Badgers).

Update.... Still a great experience!!! Ashley is awesome!!! (Doctor is too) Front desk staff found and made notes to my questions so they don't have to keep checking every year, thank you for doing that.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They told me I had over 10 cavities (I brush twice a day and floss daily, and have never had a cavity in my life) and they quoted me the day of fillings for only half the side of my mouth not knowing once they filled my cavities that I had to come back and pay the same amount again. They never told me this once. I also switched to Bondurant (best place around by far) and they told me I did not have any cavities. This place is a scam. Go elsewhere!

Had a good experience with them. I highly recommend the dental clinic, I got treated really nice, lots of explanations on what they are doing. questions are asked. They take time with you, they are not in a hurry trying to finish with you.

I am recommending Dr. Sonya Conlon and all of her friendly, helpful staff to my family and friends! I had a filling break on a tooth. My previous dentist was out of the country and I couldn't be seen for over 60 days. Our son is getting married in 3 weeks and I needed my tooth fixed. My son-in-law recommended Dr Sonya. I am so glad he did! They got me in quickly. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait for an hour. I got right in. Dr evaluated my tooth. They scheduled a time to fix it within a few days. I arrived for that appointment and again no waiting! From the office staff to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Sonya, everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you, Prairie View!

The hospitality was great. The only matter that I was concerned about was the hidden cost of a cancer exam that they did not notify me about which I did not ask for. The cost was 35 dollars which was waved bkuz I never asked for it. But this should have been explained instead of trying to make me pay for something I didn't want. That seemed kinda sneaky to me. Up to this current date 9/16/22 ever since the owner seen my post Prairie View Dental never called me back for a reminder of the appointment I had coming up like they usually would do in the past. So it's as if they seen my post nd don't want my business which is fine because I don't trust this place, they are really thirsty for money. I'm glad they didn't call me back nd I hope the owner reads this... probably racist anyway.

Everyone here is friendly and so welcoming. From calling to make an appt, to the reception desk team, to the hygienists and the dentist Dr Sonya... they all have a smile and such bubbly attitude towards everyone. I just recently moved my family to this office for dental care and I'm so thankful I found them! My kids are 3 and 5 and they make it so easy and relaxing for children.
