Originally from Emporia, Kansas, Dr. Eric Neuer completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and earned a degree in Biology, with distinction. Dr. Neuer was accepted to the UMKC School of Dentistry and received his dental degree with distinction. After graduation, Dr. Neuer continued his dental training and completed a general practice residency at the University of Washington in Seattle. After returning to Kansas City, Dr. Neuer accepted a teaching position as a clinical assistant professor with the Department of General Dentistry at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. Dr. Neuer then completed his orthodontic training at The University of Oklahoma where he earned a Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, graduating with top academic honors.
Dr. Neuer is licensed as an orthodontic specialist in the State of Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of several professional organizationsand stays on the cutting edge in orthodontics by attending continuing education courses throughout the year.Dr.Neuer is a Certified Provider for both Invisalign and Incognito.
Dr. Neuer currently resides in Olathe, with his wife Melinie and two daughters. Melinie is from the Kansas City area and is currently working as a dental hygienist for a local dentist. Eric and Melinie enjoy bicycling as a family and spoiling their two dogs.

The staff at Prairie Point Orthodontics are amazing! We recently moved here from out of state and had an issues with my daughters braces. They went above and beyond to help and got her in right away. Hight recommend them if you have an orthodontic need!

Dr. Eric, Abby, and Laura are wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explain the process of getting braces very well and takes the time to make sure we fully understand the care of our daughter's braces.

WOW! Is all I can say. My son was super nervous about getting braces. The staff was super responsive to his curiosity and needs, explained everything every step of the way. He is actually excited to go back and get them "tightened" I would definitely recommend Prairie Point Orthodontics
