Dr. Adam Forster has been a long-time resident of Southern Wisconsin. He grew up in Baraboo and went to high school there. After graduation, he attended Hamline University in St. Paul, MN and received his bachelors degree.
Dr. Matthew Clary grew up in Baraboo, Wisconsin. He attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where he received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science. Staying in the state, Matt achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette School of Dentistry.
Dr. Martin grew up in Northern Illinois and knew he wanted to be a dentist from a young age. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University and enjoyed his time there so much that he later decided to move to Wisconsin with his family.
Adam enjoys practicing with an emphasis on utilizing all of todays newest technologies and latest dental procedures to ensure a comfortable and convenient patient experience. He believes a focus on staying current with continuing education is a must. He has completed over 1000 hours of continuing education since being in practice, focusing on CEREC dentistry and implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic work. Adams treatment philosophy is to provide patients with options and educate them about the pros and cons of each option so that they can determine which treatment theyre most comfortable proceeding with.
With the opening of Prairie Lakes Dental in 2014, Dr. Adam has enjoyed bringing these services to the Sun Prairie / East Madison area. Aside from practicing dentistry, Adam enjoys teaching as well. He has been a trainer for Patterson Dental, the distributors of the CEREC (CAD-CAM machine). Adam also has lectured to other doctors and dental staff on various topics in multiple venues.
Adam has been married to his wife Sara since 2005. They have two young children, Gwendolyn and Lincoln, and an Olde English Bulldogge named Rudy. In his free time, Adam enjoys golfing and playing tennis, and watching his children play various sports. He is an avid Green Bay Packers fan, and enjoys attending Badger football and basketball games.

Involving the patient in making decisions about their dental care is essential. With our offices technology, it is now easy to show my patients their teeth and gums and have them become an active participant in developing a personal dental care plan.
Dr. Martin believes the best way to keep current with the latest advances in dentistry is through many hours of rigorous continuing education. Using state-of-the-art, minimally-invasive dental procedures, he has applied his unique blend of artistic and technical skills to produce results for his patients that are both long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing. He prides himself on developing lasting relationships with his patients and educating them on ways to improve and maintain good oral health.
Dr. Martin has an interest in implant dentistry and loves to give people a new smile after theyve been missing teeth or if theyve been unhappy with the ones they have. He also enjoys giving people a smile makeover in the form of cosmetic crowns and veneers or orthodontic work with braces and Invisalign. He has taken hundreds of hours of additional training on these topics alone.

Dr. Matt has taken countless hours of continuing education with a strong emphasis on CEREC ( CAD-CAM machine) technology. Dr. Matt enjoys the teaching aspect of dentistry and has also been a CEREC trainer for Patterson Dental.
In addition to dentistry, Dr. Matt loves spending time with his wife Holly of 19 years and his two children, Anna and Roland. Matt also enjoys reading, puzzling, and working on yard projects. He is an avid Packer and Badger fan as well.

Beautiful and modern facility with friendly dentists and staff. Procedures utilize modern dental technology providing same day crowns. I just started as a patient and plan to continue.

I started coming here by Adam Forster about a year ago. I have been extremely fearful of dentists in the past. I have extreme high anxiety and coming in to praire lakes by Adam and his crew I have NO ISSUES! I actually can't wait to see them. They have done SO much work on my mouth and their prices have been more then fair! I CAN'T THANK U ENOUGH Prarie Lakes Dental...Adam....Kayli....Shelley....Becky and CREW. BEYOND PLEASED!

Absolutely awful & disrespectful service. The dentists do not care whatsoever about their patients; it's all money-driven as they push unnecessary services to inflate their bottom line. It's evident there isn't a cohesive team in place here but more of tyrannical establishment that's run by instilling fear and confusion from the top down. Moreover, their systematic monetary incentivizing of leaving a 5-star review (to people that have never even been a patient, i.e. to friends and family members of staff) to inflate their Google rating is downright fraudulent and misleading. Do yourself a favor and absolutely do your due diligence before taking your business here.

I just had my first visit to PLD and all was great. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is very inviting, front desk staff was super friendly. When I went back for my cleaning they hygienist assistant clearly new what she was doing and walked thru each step of the process, the hygienist (Becky) and Dr. Adam were both great to work with. Kudos to PLD!

The entire staff at Prairie Lakes Dental was great from start to finish! The office was clean and inviting. The hygienist was so nice and explained everything as she did it which I really appreciated. As someone who has always hated the dentist, I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I've never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but Prairie Lakes has changed that. Becky is absolutely amazing and is always super fun while cleaning my teeth. She does the best job too! Dr. Adam is a hoot and makes me laugh every time I come in. I'm a teacher so scheduling an appointment without missing work can be a nightmare, but Prairie Lakes makes it easy.

The people here are very friendly. They explained everything they were doing and why. They gave me a treatment plan and all the information I would need to make a solid decision. This was my first visit and I was beyond pleased that I switched to coming here!

I have been going to Prairie Lakes Dental for a few years and I have always enjoyed going here. Very welcoming staff, clean waiting room and operating rooms. Ashley is so friendly and really made me feel comfortable and relaxed at my cleaning.
