I was using a different dentist for a long time but was never impressed. That changed when our whole family started going to PFD. The kids had a great experience, the token operated toy capsule machine seals the deal. Very professional and extremely clean/neat facility and equipment.

Awesome staff and dentist! So happy with care I received and thankful to have the clinic so close home.. beautifully decorated and absolutely love the video playing on an overhead screen.. great distraction from what's being done to you

What a gem! We were visiting from out of town and a large filling fell out of my tooth creating sensitivity to eating and drinking. I called first thing in the morning and was squeezed in day of. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienist to the dentist were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The office was beautiful and the staff worked together like a well oiled machine. This would certainly be where I would go regularly for my dental care if I lived closer. Very impressed!

I call first thing AM for a very painful tooth. Got an appointment later that afternoon. Very friendly staff made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Phenomenal job done by all. Will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was surprised that after losing a filling my "regular" dentist wouldn't get me in for 2 months unless it was painful enough to call an emergency. Prairie Dental got me in within a week and apologized that it wasn't sooner. Dr. Heather and Michelle explained what needed to be done in a way I could understand. Now it's all fixed. Prairie Dental is now my new "regular" dentist. Thanks for such a positive experience!

I haven't been to a dentist in years, and I knew I need exstensive work to be done , they made me feel at ease and told me what would need to be done. Staff were very friendly

Every face I came in contact with, had a smile with pleasant conversation. They explained step by step what they were doing as they were working on my mouth. Broke down my bill to me so I knew what to expect going forward with my scheduled dental work.

From the beginning Brenda helped me check in and made me feel welcome! LoriAnn and Heather were amazing! LoriAnn was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable as well as letting me know my options if something were to change! Heather seems very passionate in her work:) A great small town experience! Great job girls!

Having a broken tooth and needing a crown isn't normally a positive experience. However, I found Prairie Family Dental to be the very best I've ever experienced. The staff were friendly and helpful. And Dr. Heather Holt is friendly, quick and efficient, which made the procedure surprisingly pleasant.
