Dr. Collin Brones attended the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then attended a general practice residency program for one year, continuing to study and practice advanced techniques in all specialties of dentistry. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentists, American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and Colorado Springs Dental Society.
Dr. Steve Crisler received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Upon graduating, he entered the United States Army Dental Corp and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. Crisler has additional training in Invisalign and orthodontic care. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association and Colorado Springs Dental Society.
Dr. Jonathan Elmer graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University in 2001. Following graduation, he spent three years of active duty as a dentist in the Army at Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. During his time with the military, Dr. Elmers training included a one-year residency in general dentistry, where he continued to study and practice in all specialties of dentistry. He joined Powers Dental Group in 2015.

I have been going here for about 3 years. Every time I go in they "Find" work to be done. Feels more like work cleaning my wallet. On my last visit they decide work needed to be done on two teeth. Costing my life insurance about $3000 and me about $1200. After completing the casting for a crown, I noticed pain in the tooth. This required more money and a referral to their endontist. I will forever believe the nerve was damaged purposely but never able to prove it. Then I returned to have the crown placed. The next dentist didn't use anything for pain just ground the surface to mount the crown. His assistant jabbed the suction tube against my gum line and it still hurts. I will never return and would never recommend this practice to my worst enemy. So now to add insult these people have sent me another $22 bill for the services I paid for!

I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of all the staff here. I'm pretty anxious and uncomfortable when it comes to even the most basic dental procedures. Everyone I have seen here has done everything in their power to make the experience as tolerable as possible. I'm especially grateful for Bren and Dr. Glaser - their patience with me has made it possible for me to get through some much needed dental work. The office staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about insurance and payment options. They sat down with me and printed out estimates based on different insurance providers, and helped me work out the best course of action for me based on the waiting periods, costs, etc. I really appreciated their expertise and how much time they took to help me figure it all out.

We have been going to Powers Dental for over 5 years now and have had a good experience. They have been patient with my children when doing cleanings when my kids have been nervous. The employees are always pleasant and efficient.

They were very careful to not have too many patients at one time. The hygienist was friendly but professional and they allowed me to see the dentist of my choice even though that made making a last minute change. I have always had good experiences at Powers Dental.

Highly recommend! Very thorough and treated me very kindly. They looked at all my concerns and check them out to make sure there was no actual issue.
