They asked my daughter if she could reschedule her appointment and she agreed she'd try to make it. She had to cancel do to transportation issues and they told her she owes $50 for canceling and asked her if she wanted to reschedule. That a hard NO! Plenty of other dentists in the valley. Not a good way to build a clientele, it's essential to treat people right if u want a successful business.

The dental care is pretty good, your typical neighborhood level of care. Make sure you never have to reschedule - every time we have had to reschedule, even due to having COVID, they are quick to remind of their $50 cancellation fee if not given 48hs notice. It gets old quickly.

Dr. Kennedy and his staff are truly phenomenal especially Laura. I've been going there for several years and they have always made me feel at home. Going to the dentist is not on my top 100 list of things I desire to do but they always make it a pleasure. He is extremely ethical and honest and will always look out for your best interest.

Staff is very friendly. Hygienist was incredibly nice and accommodating. Doc was very friendly and took time to actually get to know me. Don't hesitate!

Tonya the dental assistant is the Best"and Dr Hall is an excellent in tooth restoration my crown fits perfect as well my retainer fits like a glove.

Dr. Kennedy is absolutely wonderful. He's very personable and goes above and beyond for each one of his patients. He makes you feel like family here and he's quick and painless. The staff is so friendly and outgoing. They make sure you are comfortable and accommodate all of your needs. It feels like home when you walk into their practice. The office is pristine. They are taking all precautions during this pandemic and making sure everyone is safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Kennedy and his staff to anyone and everyone.

If I could give zero I would. Waited 30 minutes to not be helped and about two services ago they accidentally ripped out my permanent retainer because my dental lady was talking and left the floss under it, forgot, and pulled up to take the floss out ripping it off. Held back on leaving a review bc I figured the dentist just always sucks but this is a new level of suck. Wish they did their job properly because the front desk ladies are super nice. The dental staff is just a mess

Power Ranch Dental cares about their patients..they called me to let me know they had openings and wanted to get me in!!
