I used to have nothing but good things to say about this Dentist until this morning when I tried to make an appointment for my daughter. I am an out of pocket patient. I paid $300 for a program they said would cover 2 teeth exams (one every 6 months). When I got the call to make an appointment I was told it expired. I was never told this. In my opinion this is just another way of thieving. I will not be returning. Do not pay for that program! Complete rip off! Other than that I do not have anything bad to say about this office. There are two pet peeves I have and that is liars and thieves. This is by reason for no longer returning.

Dr. Nelson from Powell Pediatric and the Kaiser team did an amazing job with out little one. They were kind to her and he explained everything thoroughly to us. Dr. Nelson never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable to ask any questions. The last thing he said before they took my little one was, "I am going to take care of her as if she were my own child."

I love love it here. The office is so cute and clean. The nurses and Dr himself is so nice and patient. I had my 4 years old coming here since he was under 2 I believe and now my younger son comes here. It's a great spot especially for first time parents I know how scary it can be for us and our children, But they try their best to make it as comfortable as possible. I love how mom and dad can be there chilling with the kids while they get their work done. My kids are always leaving with free books and balloons. There's usually no wait time. Even the restroom is so cute! Everything tiny in their made my son feel so comfortable. You'd think kids would be scared to go to the dentist but not my boys they're always looking forward to their next visit.

We have been to many other dentists, but this one is the best. I wish they took adults because I would have the whole family go!

Very quick, staff well informed and courteous. Dr. Nelson is very nice and all staff are very good with kids. My kids actually look forward to their cleanings.

Over a good experience. Dr.Nelson is a very good dentist. He put my mind at ease before my daughter went into surgery. Even after came out and took the time to sit down with us and explain everything that he said he did.By far one of the best dentist my daughter ever went to.

My son had a dental injury, and they got him in same day as a new patient. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. A very welcoming environment. Kids get to watch movies while getting their dental work done and the dental hygienists are very sweet and caring. An overall great experience 5 stars and highly recommend if you have children to take them here. Thank you so much Dr Nelson and Powell pediatric dentistry staff!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! I am so glad I chose Powell pediatric dentist for my son! They are always professional and make sure my son feels comfortable. He had to have a surgical procedure done and Dr. Nelson was great!!! I am so impressed. Definitely recommend! Please do yourself a favor and choose Powell pediatric dentistry!

Ben Nelson is the best dentist in the world. I would recommend him to anyone. He's kind, he's thorough, he's patient, he has a great attention to detail, and he's easy to like.

We have been attending Powell dentistry for 4 years now. I absolutely love it there! Both my kids have been treated kindly and with patience. The doctor is wonderful and sweet with the kids as he explains things clearly to them. I love all the assistance too plus the bonus balloons and books they give the kids! Over all super good experience every time!

My daughters have been going here since they were 1 and 3. They are now 10 & 7. Dr. Nelson is very patient and explained everything clearly. My children have had no issues with treatments. Will be taking my little one there also when she turns 1.

This was my first visit, my son's second visit to this office.My husband took him the first time and raved about the cool office and ecperience, the first time. I felt the same way. We were greeted in the office with friendly smiles and got right in. We sat, they have flat screens where the kids can choose from any show they want (within reason) and they play it for them with headphones during the cleanings and I'm guessing procedures. The hygentist was friends, fast and efficient. The dentist came in, and gave his teeth a good look. Made an observation and told me why it was like that but that it was nothing to worry about yet. He was friendly and efficient as well. My 2 year old daughter was having a fit, scared that this was a doctor office and each person showed her kindness and she even got a balloon and book like her brother. Powell has made coming to the dentist like a spa day for kids. They leave with a treat, clean teeth, and a smile. Sure wish I could go here too.

We love Powell Pediatric! Dr. Nelson is kind, caring, patient and his work is wonderful to boot. He has a calm demeanor and keeps his patients needs at the forefront of his mind. We love it here.

We came here after a not so great experience at a different dentist and I was impressed. The staff was warm and friendly and they took the time to listen and explain everything. Dr Nelson made us feel at ease with my daughters upcoming dental procedure. Happy we found it!

We have been coming to this pediatric dentist for approximately 5 years, this is the best office we have been to. My kids love coming to their appointments and they make them feel like they are family.

My daughter loves Dr. Powell and his staff! So caring and easy to work with especially when your kiddo has a cavity filling.
