My ties to Terre Haute run deep. My wife and three daughters are new to the Terre Haute area but my mother and father were born and raised in Terre Haute and Bowling Green, respectfully. I have a lot of fond childhood memories from here, and am thrilled that my children get to experience those memories themselves. My wife and I are excited to begin a new chapter in our lives and grow within the Terre Haute community.

I started working in this orthodontic practice in 1947. When Dr. Powell purchased the practice in January of 2015, I sort of 'came with the office'. It is exciting for me to be able to help the chidlren and in some cases the grandchildren of our earlier patients.

Gone are the days when a metal band with a bracket was placed around each tooth. You can now choose clear or metal brackets and, in some cases, the color of your appliance. Wires are far less noticeable, and the latest materials are designed to move teeth faster with more comfort. Today, any age is a great age to wear braces!
