The office staff was so friendly and helpful and the dentist she kept making sure I was comfortable and had to pain. Definitely recommend if you need an extraction.

I had gum graft surgery done by Dr. Bhandal. I was very scared. She knew during surgery I was terrified. I have never done anything like this before. She stopped and told me "it's ok. Take a deep breath and just calm down" so I did. She did a great job. My gum graft is healing well and is successful. My stitches didn't dissolve all the way and I came in and they were taken out by Nita. She also did a great job. I began to get a little scared after a week, because of a little swelling I had in my gums. So they got my in again just for a quick check. I saw Dr. Eslami. She reassured me that everything was healing well and everything looks great. I was just really scared. Again, I have never been through anything like this. All staff was amazing to me. They always accommodated me. I even texted and called multiple times with questions. They answered all my questions. Linda was very nice to me as well! Thank you so much to everyone that helped me through this process. I truly appreciate it.

I had a bone graft and tooth extraction. They did an excellent job!! The dentist was very straightforward on what needed to be done and had me in and out and about 45 minutes also the staff was great very friendly and best of all there was no waiting in the lobby for a long period of time like most of us all do at doctor's appointments would recommend this place to anyone needing dental work

This is the first time I visited this place; I feel very comfortable with staff particularly Dr. Bhandal and front desk Nita. Although my case is still pending for clinical discussion, I really enjoyed my visit.

Dr Eslami has lots of years of experience with gum grafting. I've had 4 teeth done at one setting and they all healed well and had very good results. I'm happy with her and her staff. I would highly recommend.

I went here for a tooth extraction in prep for an implant. I went two days before for the consult, at which time they found out I had an infection. I wasn't started on antibiotics nor was the extraction put off. (I didn't realize it should have been, but they should have.) At the appoint two days later, no matter how much anesthetic she used, I still felt it. Finally she tried another method which did work. I lost count of the amount of shots she tried but with the infection, it was just too painful to dig out the broken tooth normally. The doctor also acted like I was making this up or was holding her up. She made a little sigh to herself every time she had to try another shot or stop for a moment because the pain was too great. I understand things don't always go the way they should, but this entire appointment felt like torture to me and honestly, by the time I left, I was shaking and crying from the pain. I have since gone to another oral surgeon who has done an amazing job. I had to have another bone graft done as hers failed...not surprising putting it on top of the infection, and just had the implant done. Hardly any pain at all and I was treated with care as I told them my first experience. Oh, I was also exposed to Covid at this place as their office manager isn't vaccinated and got sick. I met her personally on my first appointment and she was out sick a day or so later. I wasn't informed, I found out by accident. Will NEVER go back there.

I just had my 2nd bone graft surgery done here and I have been very impressed. The staff is top notch and very helpful. At your consultation, they will provide a very detailed estimate (based on insurance, etc) which was very helpful. I had to call the dentist after hours (and on a holiday nonetheless) and Dr. Bandal was extremely helpful in putting me at ease with some pain I was having. I will definitely come back here if future oral surgeries are needed.

I've been going to Powell Oral Surgery for at least 10 years for periodontal work. They've always taken good care of me and I've never had any problems. I recommend them to anybody needing surgical or periodontal work done.

I have had only two procedure done so far. My second visit was to have my stitches taken out and the same procedure on my other side(left) started. From my Dr. to EVERYONE in this office, are and have been so nice sweet and professional with me. I have my 3 red visit coming up. I have a lot of pain already. All I asked is not to have a lot more during my procedure. My Dr and assistant asked me MANY times how I was doing. The are so careful and caring. Even though I have waited a long time for this to be done. I was a little disappointed, I she said we should wait till all my pain from the right side was gone. That, after I had time to think about it, was her continuing to care about my being in pain. Thank you all so much. And I will be seeing you again soon.
