Dr Gina and the staff are the best! My kids really love coming here especially when they are greeted so kindly by the front desk staff! I also had a filling done by Dr. Gina and couldn't feel a thing when she worked on me! We laughed and joked the entire time!

I had an appointment for 2 kids routine and the office called and asked if I could bring them the next day. We agreed. We sat in the office for an hour before one child was called back. Another hour before the other. That is absolutely absurd and no respect for my time. It's not that they have only one person for routines, but you have to use only one person for both. Any other place I have taken my kids they go in order to whomever has just finished up so both were pretty much back at the same time. So people came in and out while we are waiting 2HOURS FOR ROUTINES. I had to have my assistant cancel more of my appointments. This is simply poor management and disrespect for their clients time.

Everyone in the office is friendly. My son loves going here. His first appointment they let me go back with him since he was nervous.

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentists office. 10/10 recommend!!!! Starting when I walked in, Michelle at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Danielle, Cindy and Dr. Gina were amazing. I feel very confident going to Powell family dentistry. Thanks y'all!!!

I had an appointment for my daughter (who is a minor) to get a couple fillings. When her name was called we both stood up to go back, I was told rudely by Dr Gina that I could not go back with her. I have been back with her for previous appointments. She said there are new OSHA guidelines that prohibit this. When I responded that I was not ok with this, she said I could get a new dentist. I was not updated about this prior to our appointment either. We left. I searched for info online about this "new OSHA guideline" and when I could not find any, I called back to ask about it. Then was put on hold... indefinitely. So I eventually hung up.

I went in for a filling, on a tooth that had not been hurting before hand, I've been in a severe amount of pain since. I called to see if they could take a look at it. She told me "the filling was too high", so she then painfully grinded it down, and it STILL HURTS!! Going somewhere else for repairs. That was my third and final visit there.

The place is an absolute joke. Went in for teeth cleaning and during it, my filling fell out. I wasn't worried I figured they would fix it that week or at least do something temporary. I went to make and appointment and they wanted me to wait 44 days before they could get me in to fix it!

Very rude! The dentist is extremely rude! Will never take my granddaughter back. I wouldn't advise taking any children here.

Excellent dentist but woman at front desk is completely and underly rude. Has a terrible attitude everytime I speak with her. Does not assist with problems does not answer questions and there are absolutely no appointments available for emergencies or issues. A W F U L

I had a such a wonderful staff and great experience with Powell. I recommend for any with dental issues to go there. Friendly staff and decent prices for work. Thank a Powell family dentistry for my great care.

Had an apt and overheard someone yelling at the staff. Found out she was the owner, Dr Pittenger. I would not tolerate that if I worked for her and certainly won't support it by giving her any of my business in the future.

I want to offer an apology to anyone who was treated rudely by our staff. I have been off work for a couple of surgeries but am now fine and back. Rudeness will not be tolerated and I am currently dealing with this problem. Thank you for this information. Sincerely, Dr Gina Pittenger

Never once seen or spoke to the dentist. They asked to take the kids back for X-ray and next minute I know they finished. All the other dentists I've went to before spoke to me the whole time keeping me in the loop with my kids dental health. All I got was the front desk assistant. Clean, nice place but last visit.

Daniel rudely stated that I should've called to let them know I was going to be late. I was unable to leave work any sooner and could not predict traffic and continued to condescend me instead of understanding!!!! So rude!!!!!!! Disgusting and will never go back there again!!!
