Was a good place, but never have I had a tooth pulled and received zero medicine for pain. I'm in a lot, but apparently that doesn't matter

Came in with excruciating pain and at first they weren't going to be able to see me because their x-ray machine had an issue, this made me break down crying because of how much pain I was in and having no other option (no other dentist accepted my Medicaid insurance nearby). The front desk receptionist was very sweet and could see how much pain I was in and insisted I give them a few minutes to see if they could get everything sorted. They ended up being able to see me! The nurse and Dr. Gordon were very patient with me and got the issue taken care of (two wisdom teeth had to be pulled) I will be back!

This place is clean . They are very friendly and affordable. I had a great experience and would recommend this place. They got me in and out fast. Everywhere else was a least a 5 or 6 days or longer wait. Here I got in the day I called...

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! I took my son and his girlfriend to get cleanings/check-ups after being referred to them bc they accept our insurance. No front desk person (so the dental tech had to run back and forth), dentist was extremely rude and made judgy comments and remarks to my son and about my son to his girlfriend, the dental tech and training dental tech weren't knowledgeable or thorough. We will never go back. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have.

I went in for an emergency extraction and it was the best possible experience for such a painful endeavor. Dr.Gordon was so intentional and patient I couldn't ask for more. Plus he served out country and charges affordable rates. Clean and friendly definitely recommend!!!! Thanks Dr!

Horrible experience here, do not recommend. Wish I could give 0 stars, but I feel like other people should pass on this place! Not to mention this place is in a strip mall and the only thing on the sign says "dentist ". Definitely definitely, not coming back here! I made my teenager an appointment here had to wait an hour and twenty minutes to get her seen. No receptionist at the front, no communication about what they did for her. There was only one staff member there with the dentist and she was beyond rude.

Great first experience. I had a really bad toothache and they were able to get me in. Clean office, super nice staff. I'm glad they were around when I needed it!

I would recommend this dentist to anyone. I had some fillings done here in the front and you cannot even tell that they were filled. They done such a good job and I am happy with what they have done so far.

I can't begin to express how amazing this dentist is! Dr. Gray and his dental assistant Nicole are phenomenal! I have had many terrible experiences with dentists in the past and before I even made it into the office I had peace from them about coming. Once I got there they were very honest letting me know what needed to be done and took care of me. I will come to them for all my dentistry needs! Thank you so much!!

Incredibly pleased by the service that was provided. Dr. Gray was patient, kind, attentive, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. As a user who likes to read reviews thoroughly before visiting anywhere I felt the need to provide an in depth review for future patients. A previous dentist wanted to "round up my dental plan" before I moved to SC by replacing old metal fillings with composites for aesthetics. Shortly after I began having pain in those teeth, it turns out the filling/composite killed the nerve! I went to a dentist here in SC that told me the teeth were just sensitive due to the recent fillings and to "use sensodyne". I went to a second dentist that at least recognized there was an infection and prescribed antibiotics but offered me root canal therapy as a solution, which I really didn't want. Called around but most places were not going to be able to get me in until the end of the month and I did not want the infection coming back or potentially getting worse. One office recommended Dr. Gray to be able to get me in quickly and I am so thankful for that recommendation. Dr. Gray did not judge my desire for an extraction. He educated me in what had happened to the tooth and performed the extraction painlessly and quickly. So baffled by the incompetence of some other dentists I have visited and so thankful for finding Dr. Gray! Definitely a dentist you can trust. I would absolutely recommend!
