I have been seeing Dr Chelsea Liu's dental office for a number of years. Dr Liu is knowledgeable, skillful and professional, helped me to deal with a few situations to satisfaction. She and her staff are always friendly and supportive. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a good and nice dentist to take care of their dental needs.

I had deep cleaning in Poway Dental Center, Dr Liu and the nurse were extremely professional and friendly. The procedure was fast and I barely felt any pain during the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Liu and will definitely keep going back in the future.

Please look at the other reviewers names they are not real customers. My experience here was hell. I went in to get a tooth pulled. Come to find out she isnt even the kind of dentist that should be pulling teeth. So after she gives me 2 shots of numbness I keep telling her that "no my teeth are not numb, in fact my teeth are still throbbing with the pain I came in with. She just kept brushing it off, or stare at me silently and nod her head as she would turn away from me. I was in so much pain when i came in. After they did not numb me proprrly and even with me trying to tell them that my teeth still hurt infact I can feel not only my tongue bit my teeth can feel mt tongue I was obviously not numb. Ive had 5 teeth pulled in my life. Along with man many other dental peocedures as the this qak of a dentist saw in my mouth...maybe thats why shee didnt like me or feel it impertive to actually numb me his a proxedure I am well versed in and know what my mouth should feel like. After begging shw finally gave me a thrid shot.....intot hw same spot she has alrwadt given it in....ummm yea because thays smart. She completly for to numb mt pallet. So when she pushes her way into my mouth to start, it hurts....it really hurts She tells me its just pressure....till finally..... It felt like the whole top of my mouth was break....not to mention the pinching stabbing feeling all around my tooth....again inwasnt numbed properly. I throw my arms up to stop her. But by that the damage is done. Im in so mich pain. Im screaming in agoning begging fpr help...and the juat stare at me. They begin by saying....nonono your not in pain. We numbed you...you sure its not something else....over and over again. They would say well we gace you 3 shots....this doesnt make sense... Instead rrying to find my pain...cause by there tools and incompetents they tell mw its my fault... Are you sure you didnt tale anything before you came? Lile what I would ask then they would roll they'd eyes. So how they were trying to make it seem as if I was a druggy who some how came in aaaaaaaand hurt his own mouth? Btw...i didnt know lidocaine was a big druggy kinda thing....thats the shots they wpuldnt give me a 4rth one of. So this place is terrible. Seems like they want to save a dime where ever possible include on pain meds... They wanted me to suffer. It was truelly the uncaring unhelping way they acted. Btw tootg is still in my head. I refused to take that mucb pain... Ended up in the ER. Now I'm on my way to a real oral surgeon.... You better believe im not done with this place and the hell they have caused me

Dr. Chelsea Liu and all her staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and cooperative. We've been going there for a while for all of our dental needs. My son got his braces done, and his teeth look great. The doctor did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Liu is amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about her patients. Glad my friend told me about this place. I enjoyed my visit and will tell others to go here if they need dental care.

Dr. Chelsea Liu has the best combination of knowledge, skill, and understanding of patient's needs, especially when it comes to young children. My son always had very happy and positive experience at Dr. Liu's office, no matter for regular teeth washing or curing for cavity (filling teeth), which could otherwise easily be a turmoil for young children. I would recommend Dr. Liu to all my friends as family and pediatric dentist.
