Got a tooth removed the dentist was rough and now the pain has lasted for a week and they dont prescribe any pain medication

Had a wisdom tooth extraction today.I was extremely impressed with the staff and the Doctor.I would recomend this Doctor to anyone. Had all my questions answered and they made me feel very comfortable.Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr.Horowitz at a Pottsville Oral Surgery.

So I gave it 5 stars because I honestly really like the doctor. I mean that's what you go there for the doctor. He just recently did a sinus lift , and he did an awesome job! However, the staff is absolutely horrible. If you can look past the staff and only care about the doctor you should be fine. He is honest and very nice.

The staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Go elsewhere if you have a chance. The nurses have no bedside manner and, quite frankly, a canine related word best describes them. You will get hassled about insurance and they are not willing to work with government related insurance such as CHAMPVA. Anesthesiologist is a complete jerk. My daughter winced a bit when he began and he rudely said " well, do you want to stay awake for this?" to a teenage girl who was obviously scared. The worst thing is that the doctor is completely ambivalent about his rude staff. Find someplace else in Hazleton, Hamburg, Reading, Allentown, or wherever.

Supposedly the extremely rude front desk lady tried to call me to cancel my appointment, pulled the wrong file and called the wrong patient. So glad I wasn't under anesthesia here.

Very professional. Answered every question I had. Received excellent care. The doctor called the night of my sons surgery to ask how he was doing. What more could you ask for. Thank you for the care my son Received!!

The staff is exceptionally rude. There is no reason for anyone to treat a client they way they do. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. Update: I took my son to Miller Oral Surgery in Harrisburg and what a fantastic visit. Complete opposite of this horrible place.

Go anywhere else besides this place! Worst medical facility i have ever been...some staff member is extremely rude and unprofessional! Took my son in to get his wisdom teeth out and he never had anesthesia and she asked him if he ever did and he looked at me not knowing if he ever did when he was younger and she told him not to look at me and he should know the answer to that question!(how would he remember if he was 2 or 3)rude and unnecessary comments! And that was only 1 example there were several others from the same staff member! The only thing i regret about this review is that i have to give at least 1 star! Because would have been a zero!!

The front desk staff ignored my mother when she walked in for her appointment. They didn't even greet her and there were no other patrons waiting. Zero customer service and rude staff. The doctor was pleasant and friendly which was a plus. Spoke with the office manager to politely address the staffing concerns and was basically called a liar. Recommended some education, professionalism and basic human courtesy.

Dr. Horowitz is a great oral surgeon. His staff are across the board awful. Rude and cantankerous, without compassion, and seem to enjoy treating patients poorly. Must be a running joke among them.

I've been coming here for assistance with a tooth removal and set up for an implant replacement. The staff is always very friendly and attentive, Dr. Horowitz is very capable and explains the entire process to me start to finish every time. This office follows COVID guidelines and is very clean and safe.

This was the most horrible medical place I ever went to. I should have checked the reviews before I went, because they were correct, the staff are very rude! I called when I got there, 15 minutes early, and told the girl that answered that I have a medical exemption and couldn't wear a mask. I said do you want to call me when it's my turn, I'll gladly wait in the car. She said no, just come in at your appointment time, I said just walk in and she said yes. Well as soon as I opened that door the lady from across the room was yelling you can't come in here without a mask, get out. I said you told me to come in and I have an exemption according to the order, then she said it's a private business and it's their policy. I said I guess I can't get it done then and she said no go find somebody else! They should have just told me on the phone when I called in but I guess they prefer making a scene! Better yet, they should learn what the order means and what exemptions mean. Also the doctor should very much consider hiring better qualified staff and firing the rude women that are ruining his business! Trust me, save your time and money, GO SOMEWHERE THAT TREATS THEIR PATIENTS WITH KINDESS AND UNDERSTANDING.
