Very nice office! The staff is very helpful with insurances. Very patient. The nurses are so sweet and nice with children. Dr. Mike is wonderful. They really like kids here. The whole office was very suitable for children and it was a great experience! My kids were completely comfortable the whole time!

This is a nice Pediatric dentist office. I like how they will schedule the siblings together to make it much easier on the Parent. The front desk is very nice. They even will write the school a late note with these cute little notes they have.

I have to leave this 5 star review. My daughter would not get her teeth filled at 2 other dentists offices. Dr. Jay and his staff are amazing. She was nervous but they made her feel completely comfortable and safe and she got it done! We had a wonderful experience here! She is no longer afraid to go back she is actually excited and I am a very happy mom.

The staff was super positive, patient and friendly with my babes (10mos, 3, 5). Masks ARE required. Although, I've brought my children to offices that were more modern, I love the simplicity of the old-school waiting room.

I took my 7yr old son as new patient and we saw Dr. Win Lee. She did not make him comfortable at all! Last year my son volunteered to be a patient to our neighbor who was in training to become a dental assistant and sat through a 3 hour cleaning process with her and was very patient and did everything he was asked. But Dr. Win and her assistant treated him as a nuisance to deal with! Dr. Win even said that he needs to "sit through the cleaning to perform for his mom or she will be disappointed!" She has no right to say that! How dare she speak about my parenting expectations with my son?! If she is incapable of working with nervous children, she should find something else do to with her skills.

I brought my daughter here for a second opinion from a previous dental office. The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. We saw Dr. Mike for my daughters dental exam, he made us feel welcomed and was layed back and made my daughter feel comfortable. We went back today and saw Dr. Mike for my daughter to receive dental work and it went super smooth! I definitely recommend Dr. Mike or any dentist at this office!

Was so incredibly rude!! Not only to the way they spoke to me and my daughter but to the way they talk to there staff. Very unprofessional, there place is filthy. And it's covid! Do not recommend! Don't waste your time. They cancelled on us twice and wanted us to come months later. We or so mind blown by the experience we decided to never go back. Absolutely ridiculous. End up going to always dental in Phoenixville and They are amazing! Clean, professional and kind. That's more my vibe

I brought my 4 year old with autism and my 2 year old daughter. My daughter received good care and the higenist was extremely nice and accommodating. However the care my 4 year autistic son received was very disappointing. The higenist was rude and inconsiderate . She acted annoyed and had no patience.

My kids age 7,7, and 10 have been going here for over a year now. We love Dr Mike and Bernice. The staff has always been very friendly and I feel we get excellent care overall.

My son has been going to this dentist for approximately 1 1/2 years. I used to take him to Upper Merion Dental in KOP but the drive just became too much. I am SO happy with my choice! My son is 8 years old & loves going to the dentist. He really loves getting to put his name on the no cavity wall!

We love upper merion dental and it was great to hear they opened an office in pottstown. They are freindly and are great with my son!
