Dr. Smith met my daughter who has complex chronic conditions with such compassion and empathy. She felt heard and validated. She said she wished all doctors would be like him. We highly recommend him.

Dr Lignelli is absolutely amazing! He treated my dad, removing multiple teeth. My dad did not use pain medication following his treatment and was very comfortable prior, during, and post-surgery. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this practice for its friendly staff and highly skilled surgeons!!!!

We had a great experience here! The doctors and nurses were very nice and caring. My daughter had to have oral surgery, it was her first time going under anesthesia and they were so comforting to her, the nurse sang princess songs to her until she fell asleep. They gave her a little gift bucket afterwards with a stuffed puppy that really helped her. The recovery nurse was nice and caring and told us how to help her wake up and become more aware again. We saw Dr. Ward and he was very good! He called us the next day to see how my daughter was doing, which I thought was very sweet. He explained everything to us and was open to us asking any questions we had. I recommend this practice!

I am absolutely disgusted at how I was treated by the woman working here. Leading up to my surgery I had a lot of anxiety and was crying until they put me under. When I woke up I was crying and scared and the nurse repeatedly yelled in my face (2 inches from my face) while grabbing my body. She grabbed my arm so hard I have bruises from her fingers and am extremely traumatized. I told her she did not have permission or consent to touch me. DO NOT GO HERE. They gave no after care instructions and do not know what they are doing. My boyfriend had to grab this lady away from me multiple times and she refused to listen to him until we demanded a new nurse and even then she put up a fight. Will abuse you and claim it's protocol

My 2 year old hit her head on the coffee table and had a large deep gash on her head, Pottstown ER referred us here. They were the MOST caring team and Dr. Roland got my daughter fixed up immediately. They were able to give a little laughing gas to relax her for the stitches, the er would have had to strap her down. The BEST possible experience in this situation. They also gave her a stuffed dog named wooffy whom she hasn't put down since. THANK YOU!

I had high hopes from the majority reviews when going here. unfortunately my visit related more to all the 1stars. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted woke from the procedure in Excruciating PAIN! only to be told by the assistant nurse whomever she was suppose to be that I'm not........once in the recovery area I witnessed a very obvious pattern happening. The few other people of color came out in the exact same state as me. Not loopy or "out of it" blah blah blah but in TEARS FROM PAIN! And yes you guessed it by now the same can't be said for the YT ppl. and not to mention all the reviews complaining about the lack of after care instructions hit the nail in the coffin. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO HERE! oh! and adequate pain meds? Well I'm In tears from non stop pain as I write this so you do that math.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here yesterday and I had extreme anxiety coming in. The nurses and front desk ladies at the front were so nice and sweet and made me feel calmer once I went back into the room. Dr. Ward was also so nice. Surgery went smooth and everything was great! Thank you for making me feel more comfortable and will definitely be back in future if ever needed for my teeth.

Awful, would give 0 stars if possible. Dr Lignelli (sp) has no bedside manner what so ever. Was cold, condescending and made no effort to make my daughter (or us) feel comfortable. Made my daughter cry with his bluntness and rude demeanor. My poor kid is there, crying bc she was scared, and he hands her a box of tissues and did NOTHING to calm her worries or even make her feel comfortable. He never reviewed options to treat her- only jumped to the most involved and probably most expensive option. When I asked about other options- he curtly said "well, we are 5 minutes into a consult and look already tears." Are you kidding me?? His MA Grace was an absolute sweetheart and wad the only redeeming part of the visit. Would not send anyone to him. He needs a huge lesson in bedside manner.

Amazing staff! From the young lady at the front desk, to Jordan, Linda; who by the way held my hand, to Dr. Roland, and even the person who squared away my bill at the end...great staff! I recommend Pottstown Oral Surgery for your extraction experience.

I went in for a consultation about teeth that had to be removed in the future and told him that I had a tooth that was infected and it was bothering me so right there on the spot he numbed me up and removed the tooth that was bothering me. I couldn't believe I didn't have to wait or come back. He did it so quickly and painlessly I was impressed. The entire staff was very efficient and polite. They have all the modern equipment to make sure they do the surgeries quickly and safely. I have no fears about going back for the next appointment and having the rest of my work done. Thank you, Dr Rolan

I got my wisdom teeth out recently, the surgery went fine but the after care was not explained AT ALL to me!!!! I was absolutely so confused what I was supposed to be doing. I was told not to put gauze in after the procedure & bled all the rest of that night, till I looked it up myself & read online that you're supposed to keep gauze in till the bleeding stops. Same thing with rinsing the mouth out, I was never told anything

I don't think the front desk has the proper training they need. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time.

I only go when I absolutely have to. I had a tooth break the other night and now face is swollen the size of baseball. I thought they did emergency appointments she told me I don't have anything today or Monday I advises that's not going to help me now she said well I suggest you go to er or call another surgeon. This is not cool to me and I don't like how it was handled.
